Hi, thanks for your feedback. Are you saying the photos don't match the actual hotel? Maybe the building's look or smell surprised you? If so, it might be because of a recent fire at our property, and we couldn't fix everything in just one day. We appreciate your understanding.

A bed cost 130 UAH. They had clean sheets and a newly renovated shower, and the room smelled like a sauna. We were the only ones staying there. The only issue was that the plugs were in inconvenient places, but they gave us an extension cord. The service and vibe were good. They had a nice terrace. If I'm in Cherkassy again, I'd stay there.
You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms. If you enjoy listening to arguments, intimate moments, or drunken conversations, you might like it.
Breakfast isn't great either. If you're five minutes late, there's nothing left to eat. The food isn't good - for example, the cheese bread doesn't actually have cheese.

Thanks for your review. We recall your visit related to the Mafia game. Our management allowed the game to happen in our premises for a certain period, as it triggers intense emotions among players. According to our rules, there shouldn't be any noise after 11:00 PM for the comfort of our guests staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, you broke these rules. The window layout in the rooms has always been the same and we can't do anything about it. Trust us, our management has done everything possible.

The balon is a water cleaner in the spa pool. It makes sure the water is always clean by filtering it over 10 times in an hour. The hot tub makes more noise than this water cleaner. We've fixed the issue you mentioned about the tub ceiling. We don't have fruit flies in our sauna. They usually come in with fruits and vegetables. Maybe they came with the fruit you brought?

The room was okay but didn't have internet at first, though they fixed this in about 30 minutes. The shelves were very dusty.
The breakfast was really bad. We had three pancakes with sour cream and chamomile tea, and scrambled eggs with bread and boiled sausage. The plates were old and the pancakes were made with fake cottage cheese. The bread and sausage were poorly cut and in pieces. The tea cups were wet on the outside. It felt like they didn't care about their guests.
Bogdan makes sure everyone is comfortable, whether you like peace and quiet or prefer to party until dawn.

Specifically, I had booked two rooms, but they gave us a room for five people. Even though we paid the price for two rooms, the extra beds did not make the room more comfortable. The room had a horrible smell. It was so bad that we could hardly breathe. We tried to air it out, but the only window was in the ceiling, 5 meters high. When we asked to open it, they ignored us. The staff did not help at all. Even after we tried to air out the room for a couple of hours, the smell didn't change. We tried to use the air conditioner to get rid of the smell, but it only helped a little. Also, we couldn't turn on the air conditioner with the remote control in the room.

We had booked the hotel in advance for 50 people.
The hotel was dirty and smelled bad. The bedding had stains on it. There was hardly any staff.
We were very disappointed with this hotel. I strongly advise not to stay here!!!
It's a terrible place for a holiday, and the prices are not reasonable.

The restaurant was closed because of some technical issues. Usually, it's open every day from 11:00-22:00 without any breaks.
Our location is away from the main road, making it a perfect spot for a break from the city noise!
Right now, we're doing some remodeling work at our place, so some of our pictures might not match up.
