This place is really gross. It's a sketchy motel. Maybe the rooms used to look like the ones in the photos, but not anymore... they're terrible. Guys, there are stains on the ceiling, dust on the shelves, the heater is supported by boards, the bedsheets are far from white and have stains, and the mattress is dirty. The towels are an odd red-yellow color, like someone brought them from home. There's nowhere to put your stuff when you're washing up because there are no shelves or hooks. The shower is a disaster, the door falls off every time you open and close it. And be careful with the window, the handle comes off when you try to open it. It's your choice, guys.

This isn't a hotel or a hostel. It's really terrible, the kind that you wouldn't want to see. We didn't dare to stay there. The pictures on the website don't match the actual hotel at all.

This hotel was awful. We had booked a room for a night during our journey. The hotel is situated in an industrial area surrounded by garages and construction sites. The hotel looks like a shabby house. The room smelled bad and had windows covered with plastic sheets, probably to hide the ugly view. The toilet was leaking and the shower was so dirty, we didn't want to use it. There were no slippers, and the bed sheets were too small. When I sat on the bed, I saw how unclean the mattress was. We didn't want to stay there for the night and moved to another hotel, not caring about the money we lost.

It was great, and it got even better after they changed their brand. The food is really good and they're always willing to accommodate. I don't eat meat, but they're able to modify any dish for me, which not all places can do. It's very comfortable and cozy.

I went to this place in June. Based on maps, it was the nearest and cheapest hostel (yes, they have rooms like in a hostel) from the station. In pictures, it looked like a jail. Maybe they just left old photos on their website.

A bed cost 130 UAH. They had clean sheets and a newly renovated shower, and the room smelled like a sauna. We were the only ones staying there. The only issue was that the plugs were in inconvenient places, but they gave us an extension cord. The service and vibe were good. They had a nice terrace. If I'm in Cherkassy again, I'd stay there.

There was no milk for the coffee, all the girls looked unhappy, and it took 30 minutes for the cutlery to arrive. Our food was cold by the time we ate.

The hotel has a weird issue with windows. Our room was on the second floor but we couldn't reach our two windows. This seems to be a problem in many rooms - some have windows in the ceiling, some near the toilet, and some covered with opaque stained glass. The hotel staff have strange rules. For example, they don't allow guests outside at night, even though we're paying to stay there!
You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms. If you enjoy listening to arguments, intimate moments, or drunken conversations, you might like it.
Breakfast isn't great either. If you're five minutes late, there's nothing left to eat. The food isn't good - for example, the cheese bread doesn't actually have cheese.

Thanks for your review. We recall your visit related to the Mafia game. Our management allowed the game to happen in our premises for a certain period, as it triggers intense emotions among players. According to our rules, there shouldn't be any noise after 11:00 PM for the comfort of our guests staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, you broke these rules. The window layout in the rooms has always been the same and we can't do anything about it. Trust us, our management has done everything possible.

The person in charge should know that there's a difference in the height of the tiles. You should put yellow and black tape on the tile floor and on the stairs to the second floor. This would be a more cost-effective solution.

The balon is a water cleaner in the spa pool. It makes sure the water is always clean by filtering it over 10 times in an hour. The hot tub makes more noise than this water cleaner. We've fixed the issue you mentioned about the tub ceiling. We don't have fruit flies in our sauna. They usually come in with fruits and vegetables. Maybe they came with the fruit you brought?

We stayed at this budget hotel on the night of June 23, 2021 in a junior suite for two. We didn't have high expectations because it was a budget hotel. The hotel grounds were a mix of nice flower beds and a building under repair, torn posters, and an unused fountain.

The room was okay but didn't have internet at first, though they fixed this in about 30 minutes. The shelves were very dusty.

The breakfast was really bad. We had three pancakes with sour cream and chamomile tea, and scrambled eggs with bread and boiled sausage. The plates were old and the pancakes were made with fake cottage cheese. The bread and sausage were poorly cut and in pieces. The tea cups were wet on the outside. It felt like they didn't care about their guests.

The holiday was really nice. The rooms are affordable and there's something for everyone. The food is super tasty and it's made just for you (it takes a bit of time, but it's worth trying). The best part of this hotel is a super friendly manager named Bogdan. I didn't think people like him existed. He's always ready to help, even late at night when you can't get food delivered and you're hungry.

Bogdan makes sure everyone is comfortable, whether you like peace and quiet or prefer to party until dawn.

I really enjoyed my holiday. There were all kinds of rooms to suit everyone. But the best part was the manager, Bogdan. He was so friendly and helpful, it made even a basic room feel like a luxury hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel three times and until now, I had a good experience. The hotel is average, the rooms and service are okay. But this time, I had a problem. I got a double room with separate beds and there was a leak in the roof window. When I told the staff about it, they didn't really help. They just cleaned up the water and suggested I leave a bucket to catch the leak overnight. I'm not happy about this!

I booked all the rooms in the hotel for a day and also booked 7 rooms the previous day. I also made orders for two dinners at the restaurant. But, I was treated rudely instead of getting good service.

Specifically, I had booked two rooms, but they gave us a room for five people. Even though we paid the price for two rooms, the extra beds did not make the room more comfortable. The room had a horrible smell. It was so bad that we could hardly breathe. We tried to air it out, but the only window was in the ceiling, 5 meters high. When we asked to open it, they ignored us. The staff did not help at all. Even after we tried to air out the room for a couple of hours, the smell didn't change. We tried to use the air conditioner to get rid of the smell, but it only helped a little. Also, we couldn't turn on the air conditioner with the remote control in the room.

The room with two beds is too expensive. We couldn't find the air conditioner remote. The room doesn't have windows, only a hole in the roof for light. They wanted to charge 30 UAH for slippers but ended up giving them for free. You have to wait 5-7 minutes for hot water. There's no fridge in the room. It felt like the staff was just trying to squeeze as much money as they could from guests who had already checked in.

We had a drivers' meeting, but we received no welcome. There was no friendliness at all. The manager was rude. After we settled on prices, he came to us the next day and said that the prices had doubled.

We had booked the hotel in advance for 50 people.

The hotel was dirty and smelled bad. The bedding had stains on it. There was hardly any staff.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. I strongly advise not to stay here!!!

It's a terrible place for a holiday, and the prices are not reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff didn't seem to be doing their job properly. The hotel grounds were dirty and not well-maintained. They were doing construction work and we had to squeeze through scaffolding to get to our rooms. The hallway was dark and we had to use our flashlights to open our room door. The kitchen was across from my room and it was very noisy starting at 6 in the morning. There was no soundproofing. The room would have been okay if it weren't for the old, broken shower and the TV that didn't work because it wasn't hooked up to anything. Also, you couldn't tell who worked at the hotel because no one wore uniforms or name tags.

This is a great place. It has a nice outdoor area for summer with shelters and a playground for kids. There's also a small zoo in the place. I really enjoyed watching the nutria. Kids would love this! The rooms are normal, with all the necessary things. The room is also big. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The photos look better than the actual place. It's in an industrial area, so it's not ideal if you don't have a car. The nearby cafe was closed, which isn't great during holidays because there aren't other places to eat around. I felt like the rooms were mainly designed for people to rest after using the sauna.

The restaurant was closed because of some technical issues. Usually, it's open every day from 11:00-22:00 without any breaks.

Our location is away from the main road, making it a perfect spot for a break from the city noise!

Right now, we're doing some remodeling work at our place, so some of our pictures might not match up.

The hotel is in a factory area and it's hard to get to. The view from the windows is just of storage buildings, and there's nothing else nearby. We arrived on a weekend and had nowhere to eat, even though the hotel has a restaurant.

We were on a night trip from Kiev and chose to stay here. There were rooms available and we easily checked in. The room was okay. The beds were clean with shampoo, shower gel, soap, and fresh towels provided. You can use the shower. However, the shower drain in room 6 doesn't work. There's no water flow. There's a TV in the room. They offer scrambled eggs and tea or coffee for breakfast (included in the price). The place is nice but could be better maintained. They have peacocks, guinea fowl, and pheasants around which kids might enjoy. It's better to pay for the rooms with cash because they add a 2% bank fee if you use a card.

This is a fantastic spot for a holiday and to spend the night. The room is big and the price is fair. The breakfast is yummy, the area is big and clean, there's a small zoo, and swings. Everything is awesome!
