Finnish sauna "Laguna", located at 145 Shevchenko Boulevard, in the heart of the city and inside the shopping and entertainment center "Plazma", offers to enjoy the traditional bathing atmosphere, accompanied by all modern facilities and services. In "Laguna" you will find two spacious Finnish saunas for up to 8 and 6 people, as well as a warm and cozy Russian bathhouse that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Thanks to its central location and comprehensive service, Laguna has become a popular spot for relaxation and renewal, whether it's a friendly getaway or a special event.

From the entrance, you will be greeted by a courteous receptionist who will answer all your questions and help set you up for the right relaxation. Here, in a relaxing atmosphere of clean and neat halls, you can leave behind all worries and stresses, immersed in the warmth of Finnish sauna or humid microclimate of the Russian bath. An integral part of the procedure are the brooms, which will help improve blood circulation and refresh the skin.

Nice sauna. Affordable. Staff is helpful and attentive. We frequently go there to unwind as a family with a kid. We really enjoy it!

I went on a holiday with friends and we really enjoyed it. The pool was around 21 degrees, which was nice. There was also a Finnish sauna that was dry. If you needed a kettle and cups, you could ask the front desk. The pool water was clear and always hot. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and tidy.

I went to the Laguna sauna with my friends and we used the Finnish steam room. It was really good. The place was clean and they had a big pool with colorful lights. We asked the person in charge to increase the heat in the steam room and they did it without any problems. I enjoyed the service and the relaxation. I would suggest it to everyone.

The holiday was really good and didn't cost much. Everything was neat and cozy. The workers were nice and cared a lot about us.

The worst service! There is no soap, hair dryers do not provide (only at the issuance if you still ask), slippery floors so that children in slippers fell several times, the water in the pool is cold (promised 22 degrees and was at best 17 degrees). TV works one channel and TV 90s (small and barely works). We had a vacation with children and delayed to leave for 15 minutes so we were asked to pay for half an hour!!!!. Where is this apparently?!!!!!! The woman at the reception is a boor, saw that we are with children with wet hair (because they did not give a hair dryer) so yelled that to pay for half an hour and called the detector! Apparently the director cares only about money and not the situation that occurred in his sauna and how customers feel! Impudent!!!! I don't recommend it! Horrible sauna that is not worth the money! Please tell the director to BUY soap, hire a good staff, provide a hairdryer, warm the water, think not only how to scrape money from customers but also how to leave positive emotions that would want to come back again! DREADFUL!

The service was terrible! There was no soap and they didn't provide hair dryers unless you asked for them. The floors were so slippery that my kids fell several times. The pool water was colder than they said it would be. The TV only had one channel and it was really old and barely working. We stayed 15 minutes past our time and they made us pay for a whole half hour! The woman at the front desk was really rude. She saw that we were all wet because they didn't give us a hair dryer, but she still yelled at us to pay for the extra time and called the manager! It seems like the manager only cares about money and not about what's happening in his sauna or how his customers feel. So rude!

I really enjoyed it. It's a great bathhouse for a small group. You won't be disappointed - it's clean, well-kept, and the staff are nice.

We had a good holiday here. We used the sauna and small swimming pool, which our kid really enjoyed, even though the water was a bit chilly. We'll certainly come back.

The place is clean but there are some downsides. The locker room is right at the entrance and only has a bench and hangers. The water and the hall are both cold. You even feel cold when you come out of the steam room and have to go into the pool. If the water was 23-25 degrees as they promised, and the hall was slightly warmer, it would be better.

Thanks for the feedback. The pool water is around 21-22 degrees, possibly 15 degrees if it's just been replaced. The room temperature is about 20-22 degrees. The steam room is 100 degrees, so it might feel cold in comparison.

The design isn't good. The electrical sockets are exposed and one has even melted, leaving burn marks on the wall. There's water dripping from the ceiling into these sockets. The benches are unsafe, as you might fall off if someone stands up. The pool is colder than advertised. Someone smoked in the toilet and the smell filled the entire area, which isn't good as we have a child. The sofa bed for 6-8 people is made of dirty sod... it's awful. The doors don't shut properly. The TV is too small, they clearly tried to save money. There are no proper drains on the floor, so expect a lot of water. I don't recommend this place, you can find better options for the same price.
