Na Yugi Sauna, located on Yaroslavskaya Street, is an oasis of comfort and relaxation, offering its guests a unique range of services. The capacity of the facility up to 8 people allows you to organize both intimate events and meetings with a large company. Two kinds of steam rooms - a traditional wood-fired sauna and a Finnish sauna - will give the lovers of steam real pleasure and let them feel all the charms of thermal procedures in a new way.
Among additional services of Na Yugi you will find wireless Internet WIFI for those, who prefer to stay in touch, and for those, who likes TV content, there is a satellite TV. Those guests, wishing to follow traditions of bathing, will be pleased to know that the brooms for steaming and aroma oils are available, allowing to make the procedure as pleasant and useful as possible. The benches and sheets will provide comfort and coziness during the rest.
The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, where you can relax between sessions of steaming. There's also a billiard table for those who love outdoor activities. Herbal tea will give you a feeling of peace and help you to recuperate. A dip or a pool will complete the procedure of contrast diving, which guarantees freshness and vivacity for the whole day.

Remember, it's important to take responsibility for your own actions.
You had booked a slot from 6:30pm to 11pm. However, you told us half an hour before your slot that you wouldn't be able to make it. We asked why you didn't tell us earlier so we could've rescheduled your booking.
When we told you that we'd have to cancel your booking, you decided to come anyway, but you were 30 minutes late.
We think this kind of behavior is unacceptable and irresponsible, especially towards businesses that are working hard and paying taxes during challenging times.

Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify, you booked your vacation from 6:30 pm to 11 pm. However, you let us know only half an hour before the start that you wouldn't be able to make it. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier so that we could reschedule, you decided to come anyways despite knowing that the booking was non-refundable and you would have less time to relax. You even arrived 30 minutes late. When asked about your rest time, you said it would be until 8:30 pm. Despite these changes, we accepted your new booking. We're always happy to have you and wish you all the best in writing more reviews!
