The pipe is broken and water is leaking. The shower only gives cold water, and the pre-bath area is freezing. The floor is so bad that people are tripping over it. All of this costs 1000 UAH for just two hours. The faux leather is peeling off and there's mold in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a quality spa experience.

The experience was terrible from the start, even during the phone call. The representatives were not communicating well and couldn't provide any helpful information. They also set terms and conditions that were very unfavorable. These conditions did not match what they advertised.

The place is pretty okay, especially the sauna. But, it really needs a swimming pool. It would be better if there's a fridge in the rooms or lounges. We stayed in a room with mirrors. There's a big table and a bench. It has a heater that looks like a UFO, wardrobes at the entrance, its own steam room, a private bathroom and a sleeping area with red lights.

The sauna is just okay and it's too expensive. You could go to a better one for the same price, and that one might even have a swimming pool. The room with the pool table is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going there. The pool table is damaged, the stick is bent, and some of the balls are missing.

Everything could have been good, but the showerhead broke and we couldn't repair it. We asked for help but were turned down. The manager suggested we buy a new one. But I could have bought a new one at home for the same price. The customer service was not great.

I went to a steam bath with my friends. It was very clean and orderly. We stayed in a room with six beds, which made the cost affordable for everyone.

Things are expensive and everything needs fixing. The floor tiles are damaged, the shower taps are busted and a lot of other stuff isn't great either.

I haven't visited, so I can't share my own experience, but I've heard it's a nice spot to chill and unwind.

I last visited this place about 7 years ago and returned on May 24, 2021. It was a terrible experience! The place is extremely dirty. Even the tables, which should be easy to clean, are filthy. The interior is in a terrible state - it's poorly ventilated and not cleaned properly. The steam rooms are also in a terrible condition. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place at all. It's grimy, smelly and just awful!

It's a really good spot to chill out in the sauna. If you enjoy getting hot and steamy, they offer a lot of different things.

This is a nice place with a shared room and three different types of saunas, including one that uses wood. They have a special deal for older people on Tuesdays starting at 3 pm. Also, your third hour here is free. I think it's a great overall bath place. They also have private saunas, a workout room, and a massage service.

I was in the common room. The place is definitely a bit worn out and not as beautiful or functional as I'd like. However, the great feeling after taking a bath makes up for the lack of comfort. It's not five-star, but it's definitely a solid four-star place.

This place isn't clean and it needs fixing. I wouldn't suggest going there.

I went to the "Sanduns" sauna today and had a horrible time. It was the worst experience ever.

I called ahead and booked a family room, telling them I would be there with my wife and two young kids. They gave us room number 3.

We paid for tea and the sauna and went in. As soon as we closed the door, we could smell an awful sour, smoky smell. There was an ashtray on the table and the benches around the table were dirty and damp. My wife said we should stay anyway. We got undressed and one of my kids needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom floor was so wet that his slippers were sinking in the water. When I lifted the toilet seat, there was poop on it.

The sauna was Roman style. Nobody told me this when I booked. I don't like Roman style saunas.

Norm. Take the cleanliness of the place more seriously.

The place is really run-down and worn out. It's terribly outdated. There's not even a wardrobe to put your clothes in. Charging 350 UAH per hour is just too expensive.

Everything is good, but I'm giving it one less star because the hallway in suite 12 was really cold. Also, the waterfall bucket wasn't working properly and it couldn't hold any water.

I didn't like anything about this bathhouse. It's the worst one I've ever been to. I visited on February 20, 2021, at Slobozhansky Ave.44a str., Dnieper.

The more people you bring, the more you have to pay. Normally, you pay 250 UAH per hour at other bathhouses, and you can invite up to 10 people. Here, it costs 350 UAH per hour for four people, and 450 UAH per hour if you bring six people.

They don't have a water cooler, kettle, or any cups or glasses. Other bathhouses that charge 250 UAH per hour provide water, cups, tea bags, and even sugar. You're supposed to drink water or tea after using the steam room. We had to order a kettle of boiling water, which took 10 minutes to arrive. They only brought one kettle of water, which was extremely hot. We had to order more water, and they complained that we had already ordered once.

I wish there were cameras watching the parking lot...

The place is typically clean and I have my own room. However, I heard that the owner smokes inside the room, which is not good. I can't find any other way to describe it.
