This review is solely about the tubs. They were unclean and surrounded by heaps of trash. The water in the tub was just ordinary river water without any herbs added, unlike the usual herbal tea. There was no mirror and the soap available was already used. The area was enclosed and lacked a nice view. The tub could barely fit 4 people. The woman who greeted us was not very welcoming and she even argued with her staff in front of us. Considering the poor service, the price is too high. The only positive was a decent pre-bath and shower area, so I'm giving it one star.

The food is very good. It might be a bit expensive, especially for Kiev, but they have lots of choices and the food is high quality. Everything is delicious. The service is good too, the waitresses are really careful.

We were just passing by and decided to stop. We had kids with us. We loved everything! The food was delicious and served fast. Everything was clean and tidy. We were happy with the prices too. Our kids even got a chance to play after a long journey. There's a play area for kids. We've decided we'll definitely stop again if we're passing by. It was a nice surprise.

Super yummy. Ate a lot. I suggest trying it... The beet soup with small bread rolls is amazing! The grilled meat is super good.

Great food, help, and place to stay, with nothing to complain about. It has its own museum: it displays paintings, flags, and other stuff. I would strongly suggest it.

I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone! I reserved a room two weeks before. After a week, they phoned and asked if we were attending their wedding. We weren't, we had other plans. They then told us if we weren't there for the wedding, they didn't have any rooms and couldn't help us!

The place is really nice and the food is tasty. However, the service depends on the waiters' mood. We visited twice in two different days, so the waiters were different. Both times we ordered green borscht and solyanka. The first time they just brought the food. The second time they also brought croutons and sour cream. We were surprised why they didn't serve like that the first time. But overall, it's a good place to stop for a meal if you're on the road.

All the food we had was really good - the beet soup, cornmeal dish with cheese, and salad of cabbage and cucumber.

The hotel now feels like a cheap place to stay. Even if you book in advance, they don't keep your room. They give you a small bed for a room that costs 600 gr. The room table is not clean and the carpet has marks all over it. The room smells bad too.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and I really like it. The hotel itself is great and they have an amazing restaurant. Everything is high quality and it's only gotten better over the years.

However, on March 31, 2021, our experience wasn't as good. We had booked a room with two separate beds for three days, but when we arrived, they only had rooms with three beds or one double bed available. They offered us a cot, but the price was higher than what we had booked for. The hotel didn't offer to lower the price. The rooms weren't clean. There were stains everywhere and the table was sticky. We didn't even want to eat at the restaurant because it looked so bad.

Overall, this place seems to be going downhill like many other businesses in Ukraine.

We've been eating here every time we pass through Smela for many years. The restaurant has a cool Ukrainian vibe and the food is really good! They also offer great service! I recommend trying the sea bass, it's amazing. They also have a nice hotel and parking area. Their prices are reasonable.

The restaurant has very pretty displays. My family and I had a meal there and learned a lot about their culture. The food is really good and has been for a long time. The servers are polite and quick. If you're traveling between Kiev and Kirovograd, and you enjoy eating good and fancy food, you should definitely go here.
