Hammam "na Hradynskii" №281

The pictures on the website of the hamam don't show its real condition, they seem to show other rooms. The good points are the helpful staff and the cheap price. However, the room itself needs serious fixing. The hamam's mosaic tiles are falling off, a beam falls off when you open the toilet door, and the room is cold. There's even no place to hang the shower. We won't be coming back here again.

This place needs fixing up badly! It's dirty, moldy, and people smoke inside without any exhaust fans. All the pipes and furniture are broken.

It's a great place to stay with friendly workers, plenty of room, and it's clean. I really like it there!

The room was extremely cold. We had to wrap ourselves in towels and wear slippers to stay warm. It was so cold that we had to stay fully clothed. The Turkish bath (hamam) was nice, but the tiles were falling off and scattered everywhere. It was dangerous because you could accidentally cut yourself on them. The repairs weren't up to European standards, but they were okay. They had a menu, but we were told at 10pm that we couldn't order anything because the kitchen was closed. Also, the first time we used the water in the hamam, there was a really bad smell of sewage when we went back to our room. Maybe it was a problem with the boiler. On the bright side, the hamam did produce a lot of steam.

I really enjoyed the Hamam, the steam was great, it has all the facilities you need and it's been recently renovated. It's also quite cheap. The new owners are really nice.

We visited. We scheduled a meeting. We showed up. But they didn't welcome us and were really disorganized.

We were convinced by the tales of a new owner and refurbishment, so we made a booking for January 1. The bathhouse was ridiculously cold (as if they had only heated it for an hour and a half), and it wasn't clean (we found someone's razor there, not sure what it was used for). I got a refund, and I don't plan to return.
Update: Based on the owner's response (below), their customer service seems to be just as poor as their facility. I understand now.
