Hi Artem, thanks for looking into our complex. Did you last come see us three years ago? Can you tell us what your question is? And can you tell us what we promised you and what we agreed on?
There were lots of things to do on the property. There was a trampoline, a swimming pool, a playground, a place to play table tennis and table football, and a gym area. There were also 4 or 5 gazebos, one of which had a separate barbecue area for a big group of people. There was even a sauna and hot tub, although these aren't really for the summer.
The property was secure and you needed a key card to get in. The Desna River was about 150-200 meters behind the property. The river bank was gradual and there were trees providing shade.
Now I'll explain why I gave it four stars.

We booked for 2 rooms for 4 people. Instead, you offered us a small room with one pull-out sofa. Is this what you call accommodation? You didn't make any guarantee for other options. You've just left us in a fix!
Only after a quarter of a day, you refunded our advance payment (wow!!!!).

To clear things up, you reserved the cottage on 2.06, not a month earlier. Sadly, mistakes happen, even our manager can make them.
We said we were sorry for the mix-up and gave you a few choices to fix the problem. But you didn't want any of those choices.
The problem wasn't about long-term guests getting priority, but wrong information being put in.
We gave you back your deposit plus an extra 60% as a sorry.

Hi Anna, we're sorry for any trouble. Because of the freezing weather, the services that are not inside homes have been stopped for the winter. They will only start again when the temperature is constantly above 10 degrees Celsius.
