I definitely wouldn't suggest going to this restaurant. We planned to have our office party there on December 24th after looking at their menu online. We even paid some money in advance on November 30th. But when we went to finalize our menu on December 13th, we were told that the prices online were old and they had a new menu. The new menu looked like it was just for New Year's office parties - it was just printed on regular paper and put in a folder without any official markings. So, we either had to agree with the new higher prices or pay more than what we originally agreed to because it's really hard to find another place at this late date. They really didn't care about us as customers.

The restaurant staff were really bad. We showed up, made a deal, and even paid some money upfront. But then we found out that their prices were old and they had a different menu for the New Year's holidays.

I wouldn't suggest this place. The staff treats you like you're at a roadside motel. The hotel may look nice, but the poor service from the staff makes checking in a hassle. There are many other hotels nearby that are cheaper and offer better service. Overall, I was really let down.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast.

I visited the beauty salon in the hotel and had my hair done by Victoria. I was really happy with everything. They even gave me a tasty latte!

This hotel is not good for a quiet weekend trip. They have weddings at the hotel but they don't say that on their website. We could hear the loud music from our room and couldn't even talk to each other. Even when we asked them to stop the music at 10 pm, it kept going. The hotel staff didn't do anything about it. We also had to make our own bed when we checked in at 4 am. And the noise happened on both Saturday and Sunday.

I had an appointment with the beauty specialist Natasha. She's really skilled.

Not a bad budget hotel with breakfast

1. The breakfast was pretty average, nothing fancy. But it was good and filling.
2. I was hoping for some bottled water in the room since it's hot in the summer. But all we got was a kettle with some tea bags.

Everything is okay but some parts of the hotel seem old. There aren't enough spots to plug things in near the beds. The people who work there are nice and ready to help.

This is a lovely hotel with nice employees and tidy rooms. The room has all necessary items including a hairdryer, and an iron is available on each floor. The cost also covers a breakfast with many options. We've stayed here more than once and we've always been happy. One time we left our fitness bracelet charger behind and they returned it to us. I suggest this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is great and small, located in a handy part of Kiev. It's clean and tidy. The prices are fair. The restaurant serves tasty, cheap and quick food. It has its own car park. The employees are nice.

It's a comfy place! It's in a handy spot right by the hotel entrance and a bus stop that takes you to the metro station. If you're driving, there's parking available too.

You can enjoy a nice steam in the sauna and then chill out in the restaurant!
