A couple of years back we found this amazing spot. My husband and I visit here annually, sometimes even twice a year. It's a lovely and peaceful location, like a two-for-one deal. It's both a haven for relaxation and a sanctuary full of bird songs. We tell all our friends about it and they love it too. If you're looking for a calm and relaxing holiday, this is definitely the place for you!

We wanted a spot to chill out and have a picnic for some days.
Our friends told us about the Pechersky Vodograi holiday park. They go there a lot every year.
We really liked it! The place is kept clean, the houses are tidy, it's close to a river, and the people working there are nice.
I think it's a good place to go!

The area is fantastic, with a park and a river. The place looks great from the outside, with grills and porches. However, the houses need some work. The bathrooms have mold and rotting wood, the beds are worn out, and the TVs are small. The linen and towels are old but clean. The heating is from an outdoor stove and it's loud every two hours when wood is added. This makes it hard to sleep. On the plus side, you can order from a menu and the food is delivered quickly and tastes great. The downside was being woken up at 6 am by a loud tractor outside our window. My husband eventually got up and shut the window. Despite these issues, we had a good time overall. It's probably better in the summer.

Hi Irina! Thanks for your feedback. Our vacation place is just 6 years old and we built it slowly. The wooden two-room house where you stayed is only 2 years old, so the wood hasn't started to decay yet. We replace things like sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets every year when they get worn out. The pellet boiler in the house needs to be refilled from time to time, which can be a bit noisy, but it keeps the house warm, which is a good thing.

This is a great place to relax. It's peaceful and comfortable. We had a holiday in August, the nature is stunning and the air is fresh. It's nicely located, you can enjoy the walk to the beach. There are two swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults. The houses are large and have everything you need, including a bed, towels, TV and air conditioning. There's also a small restaurant on the property and a really nice girl named Lesya (I think) who can cook really well for you. There's plenty of parking, as well as swings and slides for kids. The whole place is full of greenery. There's also a hot tub and a sauna. It's a perfect place for a quiet, family holiday. I suggest bringing fishing gear, because there are some great spots for it.

The rooms are okay. The place is in a good spot and the scenery is lovely. There were some issues with documents and business travel, but they got sorted out. The management needs to improve some things, but if you're not too picky, you can definitely come here for a vacation!

We went on a family holiday at "Pechersky Vodograi" and we've been there before. We love it so much, we want to go back again and again. It's a nice spot. It's perfect for folks who aren't too fussy. You can chill out for a few days with your family. There's a pretty waterfall just a short 5 minute walk away.

My overall thoughts on the holiday are as follows. Pechera is a small, isolated village. It feels like you've stepped back in time by 40 years because there are no proper roads or modern facilities. Despite this, it has a unique charm.

The natural beauty of the place is stunning and it's rich in history. To be honest, I was amazed by how beautiful Ukraine is, especially since I've traveled all over Ukraine and visited a few European countries.

Now, let's talk about the vacation spot itself:
1. The location and views are top-notch. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 out of 5.
2. It was clean, which is very important to me because my child has health issues related to cleanliness. I'm glad to report there was no mold, but there was a lot of dust.

We've been going to Pechersky Vodograi for many years. We always have a good time. It's a great place if you like nature and want to relax outside, away from any noise. You can swim in the Southern Bug river and learn about the history of the Pototsky estate. The small village has a lot of history. The facilities are great and they add new things every year. They have a Carpathian vat, salt sauna, swimming pool, playground, tennis, badminton, and more. Everything you need for a good vacation. The staff is friendly, the cabins are comfortable, and the beds are clean! In short, if you need to "reset," this is the place! Thanks to the hosts for promoting nature tourism in Ukraine!

I would not suggest this place to anyone. We were supposed to stay in a log cabin as agreed, but instead we were put in what seemed like Tarasov's house, which had a musty smell, a damaged sofa, and a foul-smelling bed. The bathroom is too close to the shower and it's filthy with a smell of urine and mold. The door doesn't even shut properly. Everything seems to be held together with staples! We had some issues and decided to leave early instead of spending the night in such a bad place. It's disrespectful to guests to offer such poor accommodations. If you're planning to run a business like this, at least provide decent conditions for your guests! The road to the place is also in terrible condition, so keep that in mind if you're planning a trip. The view is the only good thing about the place, but the place itself is definitely not good.

My husband and I have come to this place for holiday three times now. It's a great spot to take a break, get inspired and enjoy the peaceful countryside. There's no traffic noise, just quiet and beautiful nature. It truly relaxes you.
The place is kept very clean, with fresh bedding and towels, and the staff are nice.
We particularly liked the addition of the swimming pool. The owners are always working to make things better and improve your stay.

I enjoyed the kitchen and thought Lesya was a great cook. The houses were okay but too expensive for what they were. The pillows and blankets smelled bad. The pool closed at 19, which surprised us because we got back from rafting at 18 and wanted to unwind. The staff kept making unnecessary remarks. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Before you go on vacation, we suggest checking out the hotel's website where you plan to stay. Our website clearly states that we run a peaceful retreat where we don't play loud music or sing loudly after 22:00 to ensure everyone can sleep. We value mutual respect. The location is amazing! It's in a forest park near the Potocki estate and next to the Pd. Bug river and rapids. It's very green with lots of birds and clean air. The wooden houses are basic but have everything you need like a bathroom, a terrace, a kitchen, mosquito nets, and extra beds. There's also a small pool that's great for cooling off in the summer. Other amenities include a sauna, vat, barbecue, and playground. It can get busy on weekends. It's a great spot for a family holiday.

We had a great holiday in this amazing place, we loved everything about it. The staff was really nice and always ready to help. The natural surroundings were just stunning. The place was awesome. The rooms were pretty comfortable. However, we have a few suggestions for their website. They should include prices and pictures of the different types of houses. Also, it should be made clear that you need to bring your own towels for the sunbeds. It would be nice if they could provide the food prices as well, because they seemed really good. Also, they should mention that some rooms are designed like rustic huts. It would help if there were signs directing to the resort, as it's hard to find without help. Also, the road quality could be better.

We recently went to this place and really liked the lady in charge. We only talked to her on the phone, but she was very nice and happy. The staff was small but very friendly and did their job well. There's a river nearby, along with an old mansion, so there's plenty to see and do. It's a great spot for fishing. We had a really good time. The only issue was that if your car is low, it's better to come from the river side. If you follow the directions from Google maps, you might damage your car's underside! But apart from that, everything was great. I highly recommend this place! It gets a 5 out of 5 from me.

This place is really nice and comfortable. It has separate wooden homes that include everything you need to relax after going for a walk - a private bathroom with shower, a comfy bed, table and chairs, a fridge and a TV. There are lots of things to see and places to walk around nearby. You can even hear the Southern Bug river in the mornings. A big thank you to Mr. Oleksandr for welcoming us and giving helpful information. It was really warm in the house, even though it was -5'C outside - we didn't even notice. Also, thank you to Mrs. Lesya for the yummy homemade food! We really liked it here and we'll definitely come back. We were a bit thrown off by the dirt road at the entrance to the place, but luckily it was dry.
