This is a good place, with a real hamam and a salt room. The receptionist was very friendly. We could hear some construction noise, but it wasn't too bad and we even got an extra 30 minutes. I would like to return because of the good service.

I went to Deninn's spa today. The staff were really nice and courteous. The massage room had a fantastic ambiance and I was really happy with the massage, the girls did a great job. The only issue was, I had makeup on, including foundation, which they didn't remove before applying oil and massaging my face. I only realized it too late to ask them to remove it. But overall, the positives far outweighed this minor issue. I hope next time I visit, they either use a makeup remover or give it to me to use before the massage.

I really enjoyed the hotel! It was well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The room had a big bed for two, a TV, and a fridge with a minibar. It had its own heating system and air conditioning. The bathroom was really big and it had a heated floor. There were nice smelling diffusers all over the place. The rooms were pretty quiet. The staff were nice and polite. The prices were reasonable. I was really happy with my stay and I'll definitely come back!

I stayed in the apartment which was newly renovated but it had a slight strange smell (like someone smoked inside or it smelled like an old house) but it wasn't a big issue. The people working there are nice and the massage therapists are really passionate about their job.

I visited Deninn's spa for the first time today and I was really impressed. Everything was excellent - the employees, how they treated the customers, the ambiance, and the way they did the massage. They paid attention to every little detail. I wasn't aware that there was such a high-quality spa in Vinnitsa. I highly recommend Deninna to everyone.

We've been to the sauna there a lot, but the last few times, the lounge smelled like cigarettes. Also, I don't get why they let you smoke in the sauna. We go to feel better, not to breathe in smoke from what they say are "old" customers.

The room was decent, with a 4 star rating. The staff were really nice. However, there was a strong smell of oil that made it hard to breathe. This smell was inescapable. We stayed one night. The next morning, it was very cold. The steps were slippery and no one put any salt to prevent slipping. Almost fell because of this. I hope the hotel gets better and attracts more customers.

Went on a holiday with a buddy to a sauna in Finland. Really liked it, the staff were nice, it was clean and pretty. Had a nice chill time! You should go too :)

The Russian bathhouse needs to be fixed. Pieces of the pool's overflow channel are broken and there's sharp, rusted metal sticking out that you could easily hurt yourself on when getting out of the pool. The bathroom sink is also broken. There are other minor issues that could be easily repaired.

I've tried many services like water massage, Turkish bath, Spanish massage, and herbal steam bath at this complex and I really like it. I want to say a big thank you to the massage therapist Victoria. She's very nice and really good at her job. It's clear she loves what she does. With her help and the facilities at this complex, I was able to lose 3 kg and my skin is in great shape now. Thanks so much, Victoria! The only thing I didn't like was the Finnish sauna.

We have different options for using our bath facilities. If you book a spa treatment, like a scrub, wrap, or massage, it doesn't matter whether you use the Finnish sauna or the hammam. We provide sheets, towels, disposable underwear, shampoo, bathrobes, and tea.

If you just want to use the Finnish sauna or hammam without a treatment, the cost includes sheets and herbal tea. All of this information is on our website.

The pool water is kept between 23 and 24 degrees Celsius.

The manager was very rude to customers and didn't take responsibility for mistakes. Instead, they blamed another girl for taking the order and suggested listening to the calls. It was weird having to listen to calls at the front desk in front of everyone.

The problem was about the cost of the massage. They offered different options without telling us that the prices had changed. The new prices were much higher than the original ones included in the service package. When we pointed this out, they admitted it was their fault and said they would deal with the masseuse. If they know they've messed up, they should make it right.

I've been to this place many times and it used to be good, but my last visit was a disaster. When we got to the hammam, there was hair on the sofa. The steam room smelled like dirty cloths, and the aroma sticks didn't smell good anymore. The massage felt like it was done by a beginner, not a professional. We had booked treatments in advance and agreed on the price, but the staff didn't seem to know about it. Then, the manager gave us a bill that was more expensive than we had agreed on! I wanted to have a relaxing day with my friend, but it turned out to be stressful and ruined our day.

Thanks for your comments. As a repeat customer, you know we prioritize customer comfort and cleanliness. We often change our scents and candles. Regarding your bill, we can provide audio recordings of your order, which changed several times, for you to review at your convenience. You booked 3 hours in the hammam (400 UAH per hour, so 1200 UAH total), plus massages and peelings. The hammam price is the same for up to 4 people. You wanted a per-person price, which came to 400 UAH for the hammam plus procedures. However, only 2 people showed up, so the hammam cost was split between them, or 600 UAH each. It's simple math.

Overall, everything was nice. I want to thank the staff for finding a way to accommodate us even though they were fully booked. We used the Finnish sauna and it was clean and well-kept. However, they need to fix the shower faucets and replace the old furniture near the pool.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, our front desk staff did request our experts to extend their working hours until 10 PM to complete the procedures. The girls happily agreed to do so because of the special occasion. We're happy to know you enjoyed the treatments.

We didn't quite understand your comment about the faucets, and we replaced the furniture about a year and a half ago. We did notice that the big sofa wasn't really practical. We'll look into this issue and fix it soon.

1) білизна не може бути грязною ми використовуємо білий страйп сатин і покоївки ретельно перевіряють стан білизни після прачки
2) холодильник на зимній період виключений, так як не користується попитом. Охолоджується за 30 хв. Потрібно включити в розетку
3) в комплексі індивідуальне опалення взимку, кондиціонер влітку. Температуру залишаємо 22 градуси, але так як температура в кімнаті - це питання індивідуальне, то при поселенні адміністратори наголошують, що в номерах на батареях регулятори, а в апартаментах- пульти для регулювання температури- і по бажанню ви можете виставити меншу або більшу температуру.
4) сантехніку перевірили- всі змішувачі і унітаз працюють.
Ще цікавий факт ! При заселенні ви маєте повне право подивитися номер і відмовитися від проживання, Ми цінуємо наших клієнтів і при виселенні цікавимося думкою про перебування. При розмові все подобаєть, якщо є притензії - вирішуємо. Чому думка міняється , коли людина виходить за двері- не зрозуміло.
Тому, думаємо, удача все таки потрібна вам
