SAN SPA Hammam&Sauna №1122

We visited on February 18, 2022. We planned for a spa date, but they don't offer that anymore. We got a room for 2 hours and a massage for both of us for an hour. It all cost us 2500 UAH. The room had a hamam, sauna, jacuzzi, shower, toilet and a place to rest. Everything looked just like in the pictures.

We were a group. We stayed in the second room and noticed that the jacuzzi wasn't working as well as it did in the first room. There were tiles missing in the steam room. The steam room was always on and we could have been scalded by the steam. We complained to the manager but she didn't do anything about it. The steam room wouldn't turn off, it was probably broken. The door to the room with all the machinery was open and it was very noisy, which disturbed our peace and relaxation. We don't understand why we were put in the second room, which was broken, when we had booked the first room.

We visited on December 5 from 3pm to 8pm. We enjoyed ourselves until we were locked in by the administrator who didn't answer our calls or open the door for us. We waited for 20 minutes, confused about what to do. We heard from other guests through the wall that the administrator was gone and the reception was empty. After 20 minutes, the administrator came back and let us out. When we complained, they just said they had to go somewhere and it was not a big deal. When we went to pay, there was a weird conversation about the number of people and the time we stayed. I didn't understand what was happening. I'll give it a C rating for now.

Nice sauna, they've done a good job fixing it up. It's not too expensive.

The hammam is really good, the people in charge are always nice and the place is comfortable.

This is a really comfy spot. They have a nice hamam and a decent Finnish sauna. The hot tub also adds to the fun. You can do scrubbing and other spa treatments thanks to a heated stone table. There's room to sit and chat. A big group can fit easily. It's very clean. There are no bad smells. The employees are always nice and ready to help. I really suggest you go!

It's a swanky sauna

To put it simply, I don't recommend this place at all! The sauna was cold when I arrived, meaning it wasn't ready for guests. They gave some excuse about a shift change. I've been there multiple times and there's always a problem. There's either no hot water, or they didn't clean up after the last people, or the sauna doesn't stay heated. The Turkish bath even lacked a scoop. The guy in charge always has some excuse but never tries to fix anything. He doesn't seem to care about the issues. I absolutely don't suggest going here!!!

It's a comfy place that's neat, with a lovely Turkish bath and a small, pleasant Finnish sauna. They have a nice hot tub with bubbles. Sadly, they don't have a swimming pool or a big bath, but they do have a big bucket. I'm giving it one less star because it doesn't have a pool.

We really enjoyed our time. We used both the dry sauna and the wet hammam, and even tried the jacuzzi. The staff was really nice. We didn't order food from the Carpathian Kolyba restaurant, but we liked that it was an option. Everything was clean and good quality. We'll definitely come back.

I'm giving it a four because they use old furniture and serve tea in a damaged kettle. The first visit was okay. We had a better experience the second time because there was a different manager.
