Finnish sauna "Advokat" №680

I was disappointed. I found a sauna lawyer online and called them. We agreed to rent a small room for three hours. I asked for a discount and paid 330 UAH for the first hour. Everything was settled. On the day of our appointment, my group and I were late by the hour I had paid for. But when we arrived at the agreed location, Trinity 21 sauna lawyer, they seemed surprised and told us we hadn't booked anything. Apparently, they have two locations, lawyer and Ramses, but they didn't tell us this. Our booking was for Ramses, so we had to travel there. When we arrived at Ramses, they didn't even apologize. They said I had spoken to some higher ups and not them.

I organized a birthday party at this place and invited all my friends. But they messed up my order and missed something. This spoiled the whole day but thankfully, I managed to find another venue.

I wouldn't suggest this place. We booked the sauna ahead of time, but it was not hot when we arrived. The pool water was green and the sheets were dirty. We couldn't handle it and left. They even tried to charge us for time we didn't use. The service was terrible and not as advertised.

The Finnish sauna is really good. The couches are comfortable and there's a nice space to chill out. There's also a private area, but I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean. Other than that, everything was good. The person in charge was nice.

The place is nice. But the main issue is the pool is always dirty.

The place is okay, but I'm tired of playing billiards and there's no other games. We had a group of 12 people and we fit in the big room just fine. The pool isn't very clean. The Finnish sauna is great though, it gives off a lot of steam! We also checked out the small room, it's good and can comfortably fit 6 people.

The advertisement makes this place sound amazing, but it's actually the worst place I've ever been to! The service is terrible, the staff at the bath are rude, the place is not kept clean, and there's mold everywhere. The hamam has old and worn out equipment. The pool isn't heated and the water is about 15 degrees, nothing more. The worst part was finding used condoms lying around! We wish we hadn't gone there and regret wasting our time and money. I'd advise anyone thinking of going there to read the reviews first.

The bathhouse is okay, but the manager doesn't prepare well at all! We came to chill out, and it looked good at first, but then we found used condoms lying around. That's totally unacceptable and very bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I'm never coming back here and I advise others not to come too!
