The service was nice. The room was big and very clean. We asked to have breakfast served 15 minutes before 7 am and they did it. Big thanks to the hotel staff for helping us out!

The rooms are big, really big. The beds are comfy and there's enough furniture. Power outlets are where they should be and the lighting is good. The water pressure and temperature are great. The room is cozy. Everything is good except for one thing - breakfast. When it was buffet style, it was all good except that everything was just warm, at 7.00... But then the next day when I went for breakfast at 7.00 and had to rush out, they told me to order because there weren't many people. Nobody warned me about this. There's no breakfast menu, there's nothing to pick from, the staff is pushy and a bit rude, so overall, it's a 4-star at most.

You can find the breakfast menu at the front desk and the restaurant bar (at the entrance). Also, the front desk worker asks everyone in the evening about what they want for breakfast. If you could tell me what went wrong, I'd really appreciate it.

I got to the hotel early in the morning and left at noon on the same day. I couldn't see everything but the staff was really nice and understanding. I want to say thanks for being so helpful! The woman who helped us check-in was really good at her job - this was at 5:30 am on November 14th.

The room was clean and big. It was on a high floor and had a balcony with a city view, which was great. It also had everything we needed. The restaurant was quick to help us when we needed something. We didn't go down for breakfast but had it sent up to our room. The food was good and there was a lot to choose from.

We'll definitely be back!

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are big and have all the stuff you need. They give you a bathrobe, one-time use slippers, and beauty products like lotion, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. They also give you two half-liter bottles of water every day. There's a fridge in the room. There isn't a minibar, but you don't really need one. If you're staying at the hotel, you can use the gym for free. It has all the workout gear you need. There are two gym trainers, Elina and Stas, who are really nice. The hotel serves a tasty breakfast with lots of options. The hotel is also really quiet.

The workers are nice and always ready to assist. The female servers are really good! We've stayed there several times, and if we visit Dnipro again, we'll only stay at Zagrava!

It's worth the money, the rooms are big and tidy, and the staff is nice. But the food in the restaurant is too expensive.

This is a nice hotel that serves a great buffet breakfast. They give you beauty products, a bathrobe, slippers and fresh towels every day in your room. The hotel also has a gym that you can use for free. The rooms are big and have a large, comfy bed.

I visited the restaurant and based my review on it, not the entire place. I enjoyed the restaurant, the food and service were good, I had no issues. The only problem was a column in the center of the restaurant that split the area into sections, it was a bit confusing (but that's more of a design issue). So, I gave it 4 out of 5, but overall it's a good place.

Nice hotel! It's quiet, has a restaurant, gym, and parking! The breakfast is really good! All the staff are friendly. But in March 2021, the front desk staff were not nice, it felt like I could lose everything. A day later, they responded to my review, showing they do care about customers. But the reception girls still didn't improve.
