The service at the bathhouse could be better. The female manager reminded me of a strict school teacher. They don't allow brooms here, but they don't tell you that beforehand. I think the management should give back half the money because it ruined my relaxation and mood.

The brooms can't be used for steaming, and the administrator doesn't inform you about this.

Victor, the staff at the bathhouse should be nice. Are you being paid to say good things about them because I can do that too. Also, why didn't anyone tell us about the brooms in the 2x2 steam room?

This place is a sauna, not a public bath (I don't know what they mean by 120 degree broom). They shouldn't spoil its reputation! Everything is awesome here!!! The most important things in a sauna are cleanliness and heat, and this place has plenty of both! It's top-notch!

I'm surprised this bathhouse has 4 stars after reading the reviews. I agree with the complaints about the rude female manager and the lack of good service. Even on the phone, she seemed not to care if we showed up or not, and didn't mind losing our deposit.

She also surprised us by not allowing us to use brooms in the bathhouse. When we asked why she didn't tell us earlier, she just asked why we didn't ask. I've never been to a bathhouse where you can't use brooms, so I was really surprised.

And as if all that wasn't enough, she ended our visit by nonchalantly smoking a cigarette and blowing smoke as we left.

I've visited this bathhouse with friends a few times. It's likely the best one around. It's always neat and the pool is clean too. The lighting is great and the steam room is awesome. Also, the price is good.

The only downside is that you can't use brooms in the steam room. But, the overall cleanliness makes up for this. I would recommend it.

The bathhouse is great. It's clean, has a big pool, a spacious steam room, and a big room that can fit a lot of people. The only weird thing was that they locked us in.

Great, the pool water is chilly, and the sauna is super hot at 110 degrees. It's comfy and not chaotic.

The place is okay. But, the woman who runs it is not friendly. She talks to me like I did something really bad to her. This makes me uncomfortable.

I wouldn't suggest going to this place for a few reasons:
1) They don't trust their customers, even the loyal ones. They ask for half the payment upfront during booking, and the other half as soon as you arrive.
2) They lock you in the sauna, and in case of a fire, they advise you to kick down the door.
The woman in charge is very rude (she's probably not the owner because she doesn't seem to care about feedback). When questioned about being locked in, her response was, "that's how we do things, got a problem with that?".
I remember when a man used to run the place and the service was excellent, which made us regular customers. But now, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and tell others to avoid it.
