Finnish sauna "Good Wood" №1330

I booked a sauna in advance, went there with my family to have a good time in the evening, but the sauna wasn't heated up. This completely spoiled our evening.

Good spot, it has minor issues but the employees are nice and work fast to fix them.

The staff were quick and responsive. The menu doesn't have a lot of options, but the food comes quickly and it's really good. The place has a very natural, woodland feel with a lot of old pine trees around. The place isn't brand new, but the buildings are in good condition.

I really enjoyed my time at the Forest of Wonders camp and I think everyone should go.

The country club isn't too bad and has lovely scenery, but it seems to be getting run down. The restaurant isn't great, they don't serve alcohol, and it's hard to communicate with people there. Also, the cabins could do with some minor fixing up.

This place is the worst! The pool is filthy and freezing at 22 degrees Celsius. They don't accept card payments and you only find this out when you get there. The price changes based on how the staff are feeling. The service is also inconsistent. It's like we're living in the dark ages.

We went there for the first time and enjoyed it. The smell of pine trees was really nice. The place was clean and tidy. Is "Galiyun" a cool and fun place?

The review says that the actual prices aren't mentioned anywhere, not on the website or social media, which is odd for this year. I found a price on Kyivmaps but it was incorrect. I had to email them to clarify. Charging 600 UAH per person is too much for this complex. This is the same price as the Sobi club, which is a lot better. I only discovered the prices after messaging them on Viber. I'm giving it 3 stars because they don't list prices and their pricing seems random.

I enjoyed it, it's a really good spot for a holiday.

Why can't you display the prices on your website? It's annoying having to call to ask about each item. It's not user-friendly at all. Also, seeing animals in cages is upsetting.

This is great for a big company! The restaurant's menu is a bit limited though. However, there are rooms with a kitchen, so you can cook if you want. But with the money they charge, they could improve the restaurant's menu so people don't have to cook. The surroundings are amazing, with a swimming pool and a pine forest.

Did you consider that some people might be unable to speak or hear, might be overseas and can't make calls, or simply prefer to get information through direct messages? Your website doesn't list prices either. Are you trying to be secretive? This feels outdated. Your customer service is really poor.

This is a peaceful and comfy spot for a family trip. The area is well-kept and the workers are helpful. It's close to a forest. This place is really bad. Picture this: it's summer and 40 degrees hot. There's no fridge or air conditioning in the room, because the owners don't think it's needed. There's also no Wi-Fi, except in the restaurant.

A usual spot to go on a holiday in the countryside with family or friends.
