Sauna of the motel "Transit" №762

The parking area is big and safe. The rooms are tidy and cozy during winter, good for sleeping. The management is nice.

The rooms were nice and breakfast was part of the deal. We stayed there in late January and there was no hot water. They gave us a heater for our room.

Great hotel with a sauna! The workers are nice and always ready to help! We always go to Transit and love it! I suggest you try it out!!!!!

This place feels like it's stuck in the past, but it's quite clean and comfortable. It's a solid 3-star place. The best part is the staff; they work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel was terrible. I've been to many places in Ukraine with my friends and this was the worst hotel. The staff, except for the cleaning lady, were very rude and treated us like we were just money. I had two requests during my stay. The first was for packed food because I was going to be late, but when I returned to the hotel and asked for it, they refused even though I had paid for it. My second request was for laundry service. I was willing to pay extra and told them I would be out from 5 am to 11 pm. The cleaning lady said she couldn't do it but would pass on the request if there were any laundry staff available.

Got there late in the evening. They let me in. It was cozy. Simple.

The hotel is okay but it needs to be updated. Many rooms don't have air conditioning, so it's too hot in summer and too cold in winter. There's a busy road nearby, which is really loud. The restaurant staff seem to have been there for ages and aren't very friendly. Overall, the place feels stuck and the management needs to sort out a lot of problems.
