We went there for the first time and everyone was happy. The sauna was great. The lady at the front desk, Galina, was very pleasant. I would suggest it to others. We plan to go back.

Today was our first visit and we all loved it. Aunt Galyusya greeted us at the door. She asked if everything was fine, showed us how things work and explained everything clearly. She is a wonderful lady. We will definitely visit again.

We visited the pool area on February 1, 2022. The bathhouse is really good. The room was big enough for our group of 11 people. The manager, Natalia, was very nice. She welcomed us warmly. Everything was clean and well-kept. It's a safe place to visit with kids. The pool isn't deep, so it's safe for kids too. We loved it! We'll definitely visit again!

I used to visit this place, it was good. Is the sauna great? What about the heat? It's fun to chill here with friends. If you don't care about minor issues like a bit of a damp smell (someone complained about it), then it's a really good place to relax and cleanse your body and mind.

Thanks for ruining our holiday. We had to deal with a cold bath for an hour and a half and no one could fix it. The ventilation didn't work. The bath was small and made noises. I won't visit again and I suggest others also stay away. It was a waste of time and money. All you'll get here is disappointment and bad feelings.

The place doesn't get warm at all, they are not capable of fixing it. Plus, the ventilation in the room doesn't function! I regret wasting my time here! I suggest not going to this sauna.

We spent three hours in the sauna. The steam room was not hot and the ventilation was broken. There was a draft everywhere. We visited this place for the first and definitely the last time!

This is an awesome spot! The spa is fantastic! The room is really big and comfortable! The service is outstanding! We'll certainly keep coming back for more relaxation! I suggest everyone should try it!

The sauna is okay, but it has two problems. First, it doesn't have good airflow. Second, the tables are poorly designed because when the doors open, it makes a draft.

We really liked the bathhouse. My boyfriend and I went there and enjoyed the pool. It was really hot, with a sauna, a pool that lights up, music, a nice bed, and a clean bathroom. We'll definitely be back. Some people have said bad things about it, but it's not brand new or perfect. What matters most is that it's comfy and warm. We love it.
