This is a decent four-star hotel. The cost is reasonable. The employees are friendly. They serve tasty breakfast with lots of options. The hotel has a pool, a meeting room, and a gym. There's also a cool terrace on the third floor. It's really close to nice beaches, just 50 meters away. It's located in the heart of Arcadia.

The hotel staff are very helpful, it's very clean and it's in a good place.

I've been to this hotel for three years straight, but this year, the staff's attitude and their refusal to address an issue has ruined it for me! On August 20th, we checked out at noon but had a later train, so we left our bags at the hotel. We picked them up around 5pm and left. A few days later, we realized we were missing a bag with our swimsuits in it. We remembered leaving it in a drawer in the closet. The contact number listed on their website was always busy or not working! We were in Odessa the next day. We explained our problem to the front desk. The person there checked everything and said that the cleaning staff hadn't found anything!?!!?

The hotel is close to the ocean which is great. It has a swimming pool with a water massage feature. You can also get some sun on the rooftop on the second floor. The hotel itself is peaceful. However, there's an area called Arcadia with night clubs and fun stuff. These places don't quiet down until 5 or 6 in the morning and start up again at 8. So if you're okay with sleeping less to have more fun, this place is for you.

They also changed the towels every day, which I liked. The hotel rooms had signs encouraging guests to conserve resources like electricity and cleaning supplies.

We stayed at the hotel in late July 2021 and enjoyed everything! The hotel was awesome, the beach was only a 4-minute walk away, and the food was excellent! We will surely visit again!

We liked the hotel a lot. We were really impressed with the hotel manager, Vitaly. He's a smart, polite, and careful guy who does his job really well. Our whole family and friends are thankful to him and the rest of the staff. We suggest you stay at the Morskoy Hotel.

This is a great hotel for a simple holiday in Odessa, specifically in the Arcadia area. We stayed in a high-quality Junior suite. The beach is just a two-minute walk away and the hotel is located near popular attractions like Ibisa beach club, Easy beach club, and Aquapark.

Our stay included breakfast which had a good variety of food like sausages, casseroles, cereals, cottage cheese, sweets, toast, salads, and baked vegetables. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 in the morning and you're not allowed to take food out of the dining room. However, you can eat at the Sea bar which is on the hotel grounds.

If you want to have dinner at the hotel, you need to order it ahead of time at reception and tell them when you plan to eat. Dinner is served at the Morskaya bar. The portion sizes are big and the food is delicious.

The hotel is in the center of Arcadia, a nice and quiet spot. But you only need to walk a minute to find the lively, festive atmosphere of Arcadia. The hotel's design is simple and elegant, with a mix of classic and modern styles. It looks good. The second floor has event rooms with a sea theme, which are very attractive. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was unexpected and a downside for a hotel of this standard. The staff are nice.

The last time we went to this place was before the pandemic, and we bought a season pass that we later regretted. We only went twice for 15 minutes each because the pool was really cold. The area around the pool wasn't always clean and we often had to request for it to be cleaned. The changing rooms were also dirty and wet. However, despite these issues, the children still enjoyed the pool. But we decided not to put up with the chilly pool just because we had a season pass. They didn't give us a refund at the front desk, claiming that the water was warm and it was just us who found it cold. Anyway, after reading other reviews, I realized that nothing has improved in the last two years. I'll have to find a better place to take my guests so they won't be disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The hotel's windows face the well-known Ibiza. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing because the hotel doesn't block out noise well, so you can hear everything happening in Ibiza and the entire Arcadia area. The hotel is very run down, and it needs more than just small repairs. They should at least get new towels.

The hotel is not worth the price, even if they gave a 50% discount. We stayed in a suite with a terrace and paid around $100 per night because it was off-season. It wasn't worth the money. The couch in our room smelled bad and needed to be professionally cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. The worst part was the hot water. There was none in the sink, only icy cold water.

We came to this hotel mainly for the swimming pool as we have children. But what did we find? The pool and the rooms were pretty good. But at the reception, there was a sick girl without a mask, which bothered me. We asked for our money back and to check out but they said no.

I visited in April during off-peak season, which was made more complicated by a lockdown. I booked the room at a discounted rate through Pokupon, where they promised that the pool would be open during the lockdown. However, it wasn't. We were really looking forward to using the pool, so this was a big disappointment. Apart from the smell of chlorine in the hallways, there wasn't much else notable about the place.

The rest of our stay felt like we could have just rented an apartment nearby. We had standard breakfast and dinner... nothing special. One good thing was the location - it was close to the sea and Arcadia, which was nice. There was also an outdoor terrace with a view.

For groceries, the only option was Selpo on the third floor of the Gagarina shopping center. Taxis couldn't come right up to the hotel; you had to go through a barrier terminal to catch one.

Despite everything, we left in a good mood.

This is a place you'll want to revisit. The staff is always ready to help. We stayed here in February, had breakfast and dinner for two, and brought our 4-year-old child with us. They even arranged a sleeping area for our child and made sure we all felt cared for. We greatly appreciate this. The sea is nearby and the terrace offers a beautiful view of it. The only issues we had were that the pool water, though marked at 25 degrees, felt much colder, the hammam room was chilly, and the massage therapist we got was not up to par. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

The suite wasn't up to standard at all. It was very old and in need of repairs, the heating system didn't work, and there was no heat in the bathroom. When I asked if we could have a heated bathroom in another room because we had a child with us, they said none of the rooms had heated bathrooms. It was winter, so how were we supposed to bathe our child? We had to use a heater to keep warm. This is supposed to be a luxury suite! The price included access to the pool, but it was too cold to swim in during winter. The room and the water were both cold. You could physically get in the pool, but it was too chilly to enjoy it. The breakfasts were great and so was the location. It was close to the sea and there were plenty of things to do nearby like a skating rink, attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Despite this, we won't be coming back. There are better and more affordable hotels in Odesa.

We really enjoyed the hotel. We stayed there in January. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. But, there were issues with hot water during the day. So, I'm giving it one star less because of that.
