This is a great place to chill out. They do awesome massages. The customer service is really good. I had a reaction to the shower shampoo - that's the only downside and one day the hot tub wasn't working. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. The breakfasts are fantastic.

The place is well-maintained, pretty tidy, and the staff is nice and assistive. I strongly believe you should notice the kitchen staff. Yes, the cost is fair and everything is okay.

We went to the sauna, they have three. They were all very clean. They cleaned around the pool all the time. The lady at the front desk was great, she told us everything quickly and clearly. We got some beer and snacks from the bar, they were really good (but the waiter was a bit slow, probably because it was Friday and they were busy). There's a special area for smoking in the hotel. We liked everything, thanks.

I suggest this hotel if you want a holiday in Odessa. It's a good place with nice rooms. The hotel's spa center is excellent. I really enjoyed it. The restaurants are also top-notch.

I've visited Vinnitsa twice for a swim. The room was great and so were the staff. However, the water was a bit cold the second time, even though they said it would be 30 degrees on the phone. I'll happily come back if they can assure us the water will be warm. Best wishes.

We're really thankful to the team at Premier Hotel Odessa. We had a tough time finding a place for our seafarers to stay, and we had a lot of special needs. But the hotel team, especially the manager who helped us directly, did a fantastic job. They were super helpful, even when they were really busy, and were very understanding. My husband and I went for breakfast and enjoyed our time. It's a shame that there were small annoyances like the unreasonable cost of the sauce for the fries. Despite this, a lovely girl with a braid made everything better. We really appreciate it.

I suggest you stay at the Premier Hotel in Odessa. The hotel's restaurant is really good and they even have a special menu for kids. There's also a spa that you can use to relax. Definitely get a spa treatment and massage from Victoria - it's as good as the ones in Bali.

I stayed there from the 5th to 7th of December, 2021.

The check in was fast, the front desk staff was good at their job, and the waiter at breakfast and at the main restaurant was very welcoming.

I had some issues with the water while I was there. I was there for 3 days, and on the first day, the water in my room was only warm, and the jacuzzi at the spa wasn't working. On the second day, I had to tell the center about water problems for 5 hours during the day. On the third day, the showers and the steam room at the spa weren't working. Also, the ice fountain didn't work at all during my stay. One of the main reasons I picked this hotel for my birthday party was because it had a wellness area and the Stella award. They need to clean the rust from inside the pool fountain, because you can really see it when the water is off. They also need to put up signs that explain what the buttons on the jacuzzi do.

I suggest you go to this hotel! The breakfast is really good. The place feels great. The rooms are top-notch. Plus, they have a spa. It's great if you enjoy swimming, steam baths, Finnish sauna, and hot tubs in the evening.

The hotel is really good. It's been recently updated. The regular room is nice and comfy. The hotel also has a nice spa area. The breakfast is good and it's part of the room price. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Odessa. I suggest this place!

The rooms are noisy. There are only 8 loungers for 16 floors. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am on January 2nd. It was unexpected because there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room. You can see in the picture what I had to deal with. They ran out of yogurt for breakfast for two days straight. I'm sorry, but is it so hard to keep enough food in stock that lasts for more than 2 months?

I went on a New Year's trip with my friends at this hotel. We really liked it: the breakfast was yummy and different every day, the rooms were great, and the spa was good. What we liked most was the service - the staff were super nice and helpful, they did everything they could to make our trip awesome.
I left my watch in the room when I checked out. I called the hotel and they found my watch and agreed to mail it to me in Kiev. I really appreciate the staff for that.

The hotel is generally nice but has a strange vibe. On the positive side, it has nice rooms, good food, an awesome spa, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. On the downside, they charged us 1500 UAH for a robe, just because of a spot left by a sparkler (which we eventually cleaned at home). I would suggest the hotel, but be careful, you might end up paying for something unexpected.

If I could, I'd give this hotel a 4.5 rating. It's a really nice place with comfortable rooms and quality bedding. All essentials are provided and access to the spa area is included in the stay. The breakfast isn't huge, but it's still acceptable. The staff is especially helpful and quick to respond to requests. They even make porridge on request. They're good at addressing any issues and providing alternatives if needed.

However, there were a few downsides. The heating system in the room didn't work well, so we had to use the air conditioner for warmth. Additionally, there were problems with the water pressure and temperature. We had to let the water run a bit before it was okay, but it never got really hot.

If we have a big event like a meeting, birthday party, company party or any other celebration, we always choose the Premier Hotel. They have a fancy meeting room called Sapphire with a big screen, new and stylish decoration, and great technical equipment. They also have smaller rooms for holding multiple events at once or for private meetings. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts are good. It's easy to get to the hotel and there's plenty of parking. The restaurant food is yummy and always fresh. We particularly love their red borscht and pancakes. There's a nice area to hang out while waiting to check in. The staff are nice and always ready to help. A big thank you to the manager Andrey Gomenyuk.

I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff! It's great to find good people who are willing to help without expecting anything in return.

In early November 2021, I stayed at the hotel and went to the spa. I took off my white gold cross and chain because it was getting hot in the bath. I put it in my bathrobe pocket so I wouldn't forget it, but of course, I did. I didn't realize it was missing until over a week and a half later.

I didn't think I'd get it back and thought the hotel would say they hadn't found anything when I contacted them. This is usually what happens.

But they found it and gave it back to me!

Starting with the good things: the hotel is really clean, has big rooms, nice bathrooms, and a great spa area that I really enjoyed.

Now for the not-so-good things: there are two main problems. Firstly, the restaurant's menu needs more variety, there are just not enough options to choose from. They should definitely add more dishes. Secondly, during check-out, the front desk staff should ask for feedback and suggestions, and pass these on to management for improvements. Overall, it's a good hotel, but there's room for improvement.

This is a 5-star hotel. It's fancy with nice decor, new rooms and furniture, and everything is really clean. You won't find any dirt or rust anywhere. The whole building is clean, including the lobby, restaurant, and rooms. The only dirty part is the outside windows, but that's because of the rain and fog. The bathrooms don't smell bad. The hotel is safe because you need a card to get to your floor. They also have a great spa with a warm pool, steam room, sauna, and a high-pressure jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and good at their jobs, and they respond quickly. They're a great team!

The management of the "Premier Hotel Odessa" promises good working conditions and a steady income all year round when hiring, but the reality is different. The director, Varivoda, is so focused on saving money to get an extra bonus from the owner, that she breaks laws and labor rules by regularly reducing the salaries of regular workers. She even takes money from her employees for using too many garbage bags and napkins, responding with "Be glad you get food here at all, the guests of Libkin finish their meals". This is the real image of the "fashionable and luxurious" hotel where the already underpaid workers are working for profit, but they end up without a portion of their salary.

This used to be the Yunost Hotel, but it's completely different now. It's up-to-date and clean. It has everything, like a spa, pool, sauna, and a small gym. There's a bar on the 16th floor that has a great view of the ocean. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. There's also a secure place to park cars. It's a pretty good hotel.

This is a really nice place. It's a suite with a view of the ocean, which includes two rooms, a small kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. Everything is clean and it's all really awesome. It's handy that kids can sleep in the other room. The ocean view is really amazing. If you get a suite with an ocean view, it's located on the higher floors, which is super awesome.

Great hotel, but the waitstaff, especially a waiter named Roman, are rude to guests. Roman is not respectful, even to women, and doesn't listen when asked to be polite. I asked for a complaint book but he ignored me. Even the restaurant manager protected him and was reluctant to tell me his name. She also refused to bring the complaint book. If you want a bad night, come here and eat at the restaurant on the 16th floor. They'll give you a hard time.
