The woman working at the bar was really rude! She wouldn't turn up the heat in the steam room even though it wasn't warm enough. She said it was my job to do that! It was really cold, especially in the pool, which was freezing. Plus, the table by the pool gets wet whenever someone gets in the water. The woman made things even worse. She acted like we all owed her something and was really rude whenever we asked her anything!
