Your review is not true. We are nice to all our customers. Our hotel has a cafe where you can buy any food at a fair price. You didn't buy anything but we still let you use our dishes. However, we are not supposed to clean them for you. You can buy disposable dishes anywhere. Also, about the two towels you damaged - you need to pay for them. This is part of the hotel's rules.
We don't suggest using the pool. It has so much chlorine that it hurts your eyes and throat. They said we didn't need to pay a deposit, but we lost half of the amount.
Prices for the hotel are too high. On the bright side, the room was very clean and the bed sheets were fresh.

Hello! After you reserved a hotel room, we offered you an upgrade to a better room because the standard one wasn't available. We made sure to follow all the booking rules. It was clearly stated when you booked that there would be extra charges for the sauna and pool. It was up to you to decide whether to use these facilities or not. Our hotel policy requires you to make a prepayment to confirm your reservation. This information is displayed on our official website and other booking platforms. We're happy to know that you liked how clean our rooms were and that you had a comfortable stay.

We really appreciate your nice review and we're always glad to have you back with us.

Hi there! Based on what you said, it seems you are a very polite and sophisticated person. Our team always treats every customer with respect and understanding. When you booked your room, it didn't include breakfast. Also, the pool and sauna services come at an extra cost, which you were informed about during booking. We hope you visit the Carpathians again, next time with a more positive attitude.
We were tired from travelling and decided to eat there, which was a mistake. The food was awful! They claim it's all home-cooked, but it's obvious it's just cheap, pre-made food.
I regret spending my money, time and energy there.
-The hotel is pretty cheap, which is nice.
-The staff are really worth their pay (as soon as we got back to the hotel after it rained, they offered us some tea with honey right away).
-The rooms were neat and comfortable, but I really liked the room that had a view of the Carpathians.
-I read some old reviews but didn't see anything like what I experienced.
Don't expect this hotel to provide things like liquid soap, disposable slippers, or bathrobes. The price of the room doesn't match the poor conditions. They only give two towels per person, and cheap soap, shampoo and gel.
On a positive note, we were able to check in late at night, around 10-11 pm, after a scary situation where we almost fell off a cliff and had to be rescued by emergency services.
When I mentioned at the front desk that we had a tough day, while standing there in dirty clothes and with dirty bags, the response was, "we all have hard days." Yeah, right.
On the bright side, both the rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and nice. There's parking available on the premises and the pool is heated. It's also located in the city center.
On the downside, we had to learn to talk in hushed voices because the hotel felt more like an old folk's home. Getting in and out of the place was a hassle because it was always locked, so you can't freely stroll around until sunrise. The dining area and fridge are communal but the kitchen is for staff use only.
The Wi-Fi was not good and we couldn't connect to it. The walls were very thin so you could hear all the noises in the hotel, especially from the other side of the wall. The rooms didn't have a kettle, cups, or a fridge.
