The place has a big steam room that fits 10-12 people, a big lounge with pool and ping pong, and a swimming pool. It's good for big groups because there's space for everyone. But there are some issues. The place was at its best in the late 90s, early 2000s and it seems to be worn out now. The steam room doesn't stay warm and steamy, the showers need fixing, and sometimes there's no hot water. Overall, it's not very comfy or cozy, but it's cheap if you go with a lot of people.

So, here's what I think... First, it's pretty slippery if you're wearing disposable slippers; rubber ones are better. It's somewhat clean, but there's some mold that'll only go away with serious repairs. The condition of the place isn't great, but it could be okay for people who aren't too picky. A good thing is that there's plenty of room and you can connect your phone to the AUX.

In terms of size, the bathhouse has potential, but it needs repairs. I believe with the right effort, this place could be really nice.

I ordered 2.5 hours ahead of time, but when I got there, the sauna wasn't warm and the main room was cold. The pool table was in bad shape and the staff was rude. I wouldn't suggest going here.

The bathhouse is terrible! It's too cold, you can't play on the tennis table, the pool table is filthy, the sauna isn't hot, and the pool water is green.

Nice sauna, definitely suggest it. We were a team of 12 people. There was plenty of space for all of us.

It was awful... It was freezing in the bathhouse. The shower was as cold as ice, there was no hot water at all. I wouldn't suggest going there. Not one bit.

Avoid this place at all costs. The biggest issue isn't that the sauna is old and run-down, but rather that it's filthy, like at a market. I wouldn't suggest visiting this terrible place even if it was free.

The place was not good at all. It was unclean and the room was very cold. It's just like any other low-cost sauna and isn't worth the money. The only good thing is that the room is big.

The sauna is terrible. It's only 15 degrees in the room, which is really cold. Everything is old and worn out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's the worst sauna I've ever been to.

It's an absolute disaster. The place is old, bare, and wet. There's mold everywhere, everything is broken, and there's no heating or ventilation. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

This place is terrible! I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. The room we were in was freezing, roughly 17 degrees, and it was dirty everywhere. It seemed like the carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. The pool table was a mess, littered with drinks and broken balls. The floor was slippery, possibly from steam from the shower, and the tiles were cracked with mold all around. Even the towels we got were in bad shape, with many of them torn. The staff turned the steam room up to 90 degrees and then disappeared. They were also really rude. Overall, our experience was awful, and I'm never going back!

The place is spacious, good for hanging out with friends. It seems like a spot where people hang out at night. You can give away a barbecue, or bring your own food and drinks. The ventilation is not good and is frequently like that. There are facilities for table tennis, pool and there are some unclean rooms as well.

I tried to book a sauna for two people. The person I spoke to was really negative and treated me like I owed them money. The management should pay more attention to how their staff behave. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

About the sauna: The temperature is pretty low. You can make it warmer by constantly pouring water on the stones, but it's not great if you just want to relax. About the pool: The water is very cold. Combined with the cold bath, it's quite intense. Also, there's no hot water in the showers at all. My advice: First, go to the shower and turn on the water. If there's no water, leave. There are only two shower stalls, and one has a broken shower head. It's just a hose hanging down. There's no nice place to relax, just a couch in the lobby and some weird table. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I'm not sure about the bathhouse itself, but the workers there are pretty rude and seem to be drunk. Also, their prices are outdated. Don't be surprised if they ask you to pay an extra 200 UAH for cleaning the bathhouse when you get there.
