We stayed at this hotel in October and we really loved it. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was big with tall ceilings, and the bathroom was also big and clean. The best part for us was that we could bring our pets because we were going to a dog show. Thanks a lot! We wish you success! We recommend this hotel and hope to see you again!

I booked this hotel based on reviews and price, and I was not disappointed. It's a peaceful place. The hotel's cafe is still being set up, so I didn't use it. Car parking is provided and there's plenty of space for 30 UAH per car. The location is good, it's secured and quiet. I booked two rooms, one with two beds and the other was a suite with a big bed. At first, I didn't like the entrance to the suite, but once I saw the room, I was happy. The room had a TV, sofa, armchairs, table with chairs, mini bar with drinks, dressing room, and air conditioning, which I think is in every room. As mentioned in the reviews, there are beautiful paintings in the hallways. If there was just one more star, it would be perfect. I'll be back in the summer, see you then!

The hotel needs to improve its features. We've stayed here a few times with coworkers from different places. They all asked to stay somewhere else next time. The room was wet and smelled bad, like smoke. They also complained about a noisy fan outside the window that was on all night. However, the staff were great. They were polite and nice.

Nice place to stay. The workers were really friendly. The place was neat and comfortable. I accidentally left my phone charger there. I got in touch with them and asked if they could send it to me. They did. I would suggest this hotel to others.

It costs 700 UAH for each person. There's hot water in the shower and a TV with cable. The room looks like what you see in the picture.

We stayed at Cold Mountain with our family because we didn't have other options that day. We paid 800 UAH and got:

Positive things:
1. The room was big.
2. We had shampoo, soap, slippers, and hot water.
3. There was a plasma TV.
4. We had internet.

Negative things:
1. There was a big dirty spot on the carpet. It looked like someone had just cleaned it quickly.
2. There was long black hair all over the bed.
3. The room was on the first floor with a parking lot around it. The windows faced a road that was busy with cars. They were driving really close to the window.
4. The room's design was not good. It was very cheap and the colors were too bright.

I suggest this place to those visiting Kharkiv. It's in a good spot, especially if you're leaving the country the next day. It has secure parking and the staff is nice.

We reserved a room in the afternoon. But when we got to the hotel, they had given our room to someone else. We had to spend more money to get a different room. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned. We found lots of women's hair everywhere, probably from the people who stayed before us. Overall, we weren't happy. The cost matched the poor quality.

The hotel is near the entrance to Kharkiv on the Dnieper side. The building looks old and worn out, and there's a bit of a musty smell. The room was very dusty, especially under the beds. The bathroom is also old, and the shower base has been painted over many times. There's no fridge, even though there's a spot for one in the cabinet. There are odd "artworks" on the walls - frames with dead butterflies in them. It's like something you'd see in a museum, not a hotel. We chose to stay because we had kids with us, didn't want to search for another place, and only needed to stay for one night. On the plus side, the room is large and has air conditioning, a TV, towel sets, basic soap/gel, and slippers.

The double room is big with a nice mattress, good sheets, a large blanket, and comfy pillows. It also has a big TV and a mini bar. They give you towels, slippers, soap, and shampoo. The people who work there are nice. The hotel's yard is really pleasant. The only downsides are that not all the windows in all rooms work well, and the bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut.

The reason you didn't receive wi-fi is because you weren't staying at our hotel. If we gave wi-fi to everyone nearby, our actual guests wouldn't get a good signal. Our front desk person kindly let you use their personal phone because we try to be helpful. Your feedback doesn't really relate to what it's like to stay in our hotel, so your rating isn't fair.

The place doesn't have a hair dryer or water. There isn't a kettle either. The floor tiles are too slick.

I enjoyed being able to purchase a broom and hat. The swimming pool is big and there's a tub filled with cold water. The shared space has a couch, a table, and a TV, with lots of room. I really liked everything.

I really enjoyed the sauna. It was easy to get there and the staff was nice. We bought a lot of stuff like a hat and broom, which are essential. The shared space is amazing! You can watch TV while sitting on a comfy couch. There's plenty of room for a group of people. I would suggest it!
