We love this place, but the hot pool makes our children ill.

We're really upset! We have visited this bathhouse many times before, but we had a bad experience this time. We left the bathhouse just 1 or 2 minutes late, as we had planned to leave early. But they charged us an extra 43 UAH for this slight delay. Apparently, they charge per minute for any lateness. We'll have to reconsider whether we want to visit again or not!

They didn't tell us that they bill by the minute. So, we ended up having to pay 43 UAH for just one minute, without any prior notice. It left a bad taste in our mouths.

Beautiful sauna

The sauna is nice and big. Sure, there are a few small problems, but overall it's really good.

Great sauna, nice workers, had no issues during multiple visits.

Our company of seven people has been loyal customers for 14-15 years. Our last visit was not as expected. We arrived to use the steam room but found the temperature was too low. When we complained, the response was that there was a problem with the automated system. We still had to pay for the visit even though we didn't get to use the steam room. A month later, we wanted to visit again but were denied entry because they claimed we had damaged the equipment. We suggested they check their records to see who used the steam room before us because it wasn't working when we arrived. We won't be visiting again. It's not fair to blame us for something we didn't do. It's very upsetting.

I called today (27.02) to book the Russian hall on 06.03 from 10.00 to 13.00. The person I spoke to was very impolite and didn't want to give their name. We've been loyal customers and have used all the halls for different group sizes, and we've always been happy with the service. But the way I was spoken to today was not okay. When I asked them to speak in a more respectful way, they just hung up on me. We've known this place for years and have always referred our friends here, which might be why it's always busy. But it's not okay to treat a paying customer this way.

Everything was good - the workers were nice - it was tidy and comfortable.

I enjoyed everything, had a fun holiday with my work friends.
