The pool is nice and the water is hot, which is comfy. The loud music is annoying and makes it hard to talk to people close by. We asked them to turn it down but they said they couldn't. It's not nice being watched all the time by the security. They walk around and watch everyone closely even though we can't bring anything in. The food is not great and too expensive. The waiters are clever.

The place is big and has nice pools. There are areas for kids like houses and swings. I visited last year and this year too. I like how they keep changing and maintaining the sunbeds and umbrellas.

The food quality has dropped this year, it seems cheaper. I ordered a soup for lunch but it was mostly water with hardly any meat or vegetables (I've uploaded a video). The pizza was okay. I've also uploaded photos of some of the menu items.

I don't like that they add 10% service charge to the bill. I think tips should be optional. If they want the staff to earn more, they should increase their pay.

This is a beautiful spot where everything is just right. The family section is exceptionally good.

It's a great spot. Visited the family section. The children really enjoyed themselves and the pool for grown-ups is top-notch.

I had a bad time at this place, and I didn't even make it to the pools. The people in charge need to be nicer to their customers and focus more on what the customers need. They shouldn't grab someone's phone when that person is trying to show them their own Instagram prices, especially when they're telling a possible customer that they're wrong. Also, they shouldn't say that a guest is wasting their time (or the manager's time) because they want to use a pool that costs 200 UAH, but they're sure it should cost 300.

I came from Kiev for the weekend and I have mixed feelings because I can't fully judge my time at this place. I decided not to stay there because my first impression was really bad.

We picked ARKADA beach CLUB for our usual STATU$ Business Club event, which is a business networking or dating event! Everything was amazing. The organization was top-notch, and the food was properly planned out with help from an administrator named Olga. The staff was quick to answer all our needs and wants, and they created the best environment for speakers and guests. The buffet setup was very nice too!!!! We're really happy with it, and we suggest it to others!

I've visited this place twice and each time there were good and bad things. The good things were: 1) The staff was really nice. 2) The manager was enjoyable and seemed to really want to make the guests happy. 3) The food tasted great, especially the shashlyk. 4) The place had a nice ambiance and felt comfortable.

The bad things were: 1) The reservation system was confusing. They said they were full on Tuesday, but we could book on Thursday from a different account. Plus, when we went there on a busy Saturday night, all the tables were empty. I didn't really understand this. 2) The shower walls had mold. We saw this both times we went there. 3) The hamam had a weird smell. I won't say what it smelled like. 4) The floor was very slippery.

Hi, we really appreciate your comments. Right now, many people are getting ill and frequently changing or calling off their bookings.

The shower walls aren't mouldy, the white streaks are due to some damage caused by workers during a renovation. We clean and disinfect our spa centre thoroughly every day.
