The place is bad. I called for advice and as soon as I mentioned why I was calling, the lady on the phone pretended not to hear me. She kept saying "Hello" and then hung up. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but they didn't call back. I tried calling them three more times, but no one picked up. They treat their customers poorly!

The review is not great at all. It's just an average steam room. I'm not sure what they fixed during the summer, but the only thing that changed was the price. The floors are still slippery and even though they've tried to fix the shelves in the steam room, they're still not great. The furniture is old and the lockers, tables, and benches are uncomfortable. The shower is the only good thing - the hot water and pressure are great. So, to sum it up, the only good thing is the shower. The negatives include slippery floors, old and uncomfortable furniture, poorly maintained shelves, and unresponsive management. The price is too high - 250gr for two hours in a general steam room without a pool. For the same price at Meteon, you get a super pool and two luxurious steam rooms, Finnish and Turkish, with luxurious renovations.

I reserved a room on December 28 for January 3. I called on December 31 to double-check the booking, and they confirmed everything was fine. However, when we arrived, we were told the price had increased. They never bothered to call and inform us about this change, despite having our phone number from the booking. This resulted in wasted time and a ruined mood. It seems like they don't mind losing customers over an extra 720 hryvnias per hour. We won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend their terrible service.

I was using Steam and it stopped working 50 minutes before I was planning to leave. I decided to leave early because there was no indication of when it would start working again. I asked for a refund for the lost time but they said no and suggested I should make up for the lost time instead. They said I should have called and asked about it. Doesn't seem very customer-focused to me.

It's pricey. I wish the steam room was hotter. They don't offer any deals.

The person at the front desk is nice and the people who do the massages are good. It's just too bad there isn't a room specifically for massages.

I've been going to workouts at Aquatoria pretty much since it opened. There was a time when things got worse. I'm happy to see that after the lockdowns, things have gotten a lot better: most of the gear in the gym is brand new, there are new machines, and there's a lot more machines now, so everyone has enough. They're also adding new types of fitness. In the changing rooms, the lockers now have magnet keys, which I think has made our stuff a lot safer. I enjoy going to my workouts again. Keep up the good work. Well done.

Great spot! I attend zumba and pilates classes. Dasha, the trainer, is excellent. I really enjoy the workouts! I like it all!

Billiards is really great. It's sad that there's only one pool table. The costs are okay. It's peaceful.

Good gym, saunas. Prices are average.

I've played pool there a few times. The room is big and tidy, the pool tables are in good shape, and the couches are comfy. They also have a bar. The cost to play isn't too high.

A regular bathhouse with a fair price, but it has problems. The taps and the locks on the lockers for clothes don't work properly.

Можно довольно хорошо провести время с друзьями.Были в бане. Конечно все уже немного устарело и не помешало сделать небольшую реконструкцию. Также было бы неплохо Еслиб в бане ставили куллеры с питьевой водой.

Баня отвратительная просто, бассейн ледяной, парилка еле греет, интерьер ужасный, дешёвый. Зря потраченное время и деньги. Джакузи - пластмассовый тазик за отдельную плату

Бронировали сауну на 2.01.21 позвонили сказали на 20;30 в ответе услышали что все забронировали ждём вас! Но когда мы пришли оказалось что администратор забронировал нас на эту дату только на 8:30 хотя комплекс работает с 9:00 . Благо нам попался порядочный администратор который оперативно решил наш вопрос и мы отлично провели время! Спасибо вам большое! Были у вас 02.01.21
