The central manor house, located in the heart of nature, offers visitors not just rest, but a real symphony of tranquility and comfort. This is a place where coziness and tradition are combined with a high level of service. The main attraction of the manor is a magnificent bathhouse, where steam flows in gentle waves, enveloping the body, taking away stress and tension. Steaming there turns into a whole ritual - when the smell of fresh broom, sparkling from the heat of steam, mixed with the aroma of wood, at times it seems that you are on another planet. Gathering with friends or family in the spacious relaxation room after the bath is a real pleasure. Here you can enjoy warm conversation, play board games or simply relax in soft armchairs, raising glasses as a sign of a wonderful day.

Great service, comfy place, tasty coffee at the bar, really pretty restaurant. I especially want to highlight the bartender Victoria who serves well and is nice to customers.

The rooms are big and tidy. The green spaces are well-looked after. I really like the food. The Caesar salad and cheese sticks taste great.

I've booked parties at this restaurant several times and I'm really happy with them. The food is really good and yummy. Plus, the people who work there are really nice!

We're at the contest. The sports center is awesome. It has covers, good lights, air conditioning, changing rooms, showers, all great. The hotel rooms are okay, they are tidy and the beds are cozy. It's great if there are no loud neighbors. The restaurant's service is terrible. You'll have to wait for at least 2 hours to get a bowl of soup. The tables are dirty, the servers are rude, and stray cats and dogs are wandering around the tables. However, the food is delicious. The pool is tiny and crowded. The entire place is quite small. There is only security in name.

I visited this place with my husband because someone recommended it to us. The pool area was very crowded and hard to move around because of a green fence. The cafe area was nice and had lots of plants. But, we didn't have a good experience. We got there at 11:00 without having breakfast and sat outside in the cafe. No one came to serve us for 15 minutes until I went inside to call a waiter. The waiter told us the kitchen was closed until 14:00. We went back to the restaurant at 14:20 and were told to wait another hour or maybe even 2-3 hours. I was very upset. I don't want to go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is a really good spot for a family holiday. The swimming pool is awesome and has two sections, one for adults and one for kids. They have sunbeds, umbrellas, and a trampoline. It's fun all day long!

At the cafe, it took 20 minutes for them to bring our ice cream, 30 minutes for the strudel, and 40 minutes for the kid's burger. There were only two other tables being used. Thanks.

We visited your place today for a family day out. The food and service were amazing. We want to give a special shout out to the server Victoria, she was great. We'll surely visit you again. It's a shame that as people from Odessa, we are always busy working and hardly get time to relax. Hope to see you at my workplace, the Grill-Tavern Lion in Luzanivka.

1) We were only happy with the swimming pool.
2) There were too many people, like bugs in a crowded space. It wasn't built to accommodate so many people. We left for a bit to get some food and when we came back, one of our three lounge chairs was taken.
3) The waitstaff was really bad and still managed to charge us an extra 10% for service.
4) We couldn't place an order in the kitchen for 1.5 hours because they were on a break. We had to wait for an hour before they closed the kitchen to get fries for our child.
5) We waited an hour for fries, but got the bill in less than a minute. We had to wait 3 hours for our change.
6) Eventually, we just went to the store and bought our own snacks because it was already 2pm.

The pool is good, neat and enjoyable to stay in. However, it's a little costly for a countryside location.

We went to the pool for the first time today. The entry fee is reasonable. There are many people, mainly kids. The pool is clean but the sunbeds are very close together. I want to thank Denis, our server, for being so nice. Even though our order was a bit late, the portions were really big and the iced tea was amazing. I suggest you go check it out.

The information about prices and pool rules on the website is inaccurate. It says adults are charged 150 UAH and children under 9 are free but in reality, they charge 200 UAH for adults and 100 UAH for children over three years old, and that doesn't even include a sunbed. The service is terrible. The waitstaff act like they're doing you a favor and often forget or delay orders. They also forgot about our request for sunbed cushions. There are only two waiters working. The overall experience was negative. We only visited because it was close to our home and we wanted to check it out.

The pool was clean and big. But, there was an issue with the staff, especially the ones serving near the pool. We asked a guy to take our order but he said he couldn't because it wasn't his area and he would get someone who could. We waited for 40 minutes after asking for another reminder. Finally, our server came, took our order, wrote it down and then left. After half an hour, he came back to ask again what we ordered and then left again. After 20 minutes, they brought us something we didn't order. We decided not to order anything after that. I didn't want to wait another half an hour to get our order corrected.

We went there for lunch today. We had to wait for 50 minutes before they served us. They gave us sour soup, and instead of saying sorry, the manager started explaining when and how it was made. They offered to replace the soup with broth, but we didn't want to eat that either. The service was really bad, and the waitress wasn't paying attention. We ordered an adult portion of borscht, but they gave us a kid's portion. They only brought us our shish kebab and potatoes after we asked for the bill. When we asked her what was in the dish, she wasn't sure and asked us what the menu said. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The pool is great, but the food and service are poor. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a menu. Many items on the menu were either not prepared or not available. There was no service near the pool. Only one boy was working as a waiter. He forgot our order and when we reminded him, we had to wait for another 30 minutes. You should hire better trained staff.

I went there for lunch. I ordered soup and draaniki. The draaniki were uncooked and came out quickly, but the soup took an hour to arrive. I was also unsatisfied with the serving order. When I asked the waitress why it took so long, she said it was still being cooked and she wasn't aware it would take that long. Despite the delay, the soup tasted good. The next day, we ordered two portions of potatoes with kebab, but they only served one. When I asked about the second portion, the waitress said we only ordered one. So, we had to wait for it to be cooked. In conclusion, the food is decent, but they need to improve their service.

I visited this place for lunch on 12th July 2021. We sat at a table and waited for about half an hour for a waiter. We had to go looking for one and when we found him, he told us that they weren't taking any new orders because they were still busy with old ones. He also didn't know when they would start taking orders again. We had eaten here once before and the service was just as bad. They automatically add a 10% service charge to the bill. The waitress that served us wasn't friendly and seemed to be doing us a favor by taking our order. The prices are very high, especially considering the poor service. The staff aren't very professional and the food is just okay. They even add chicken to carbonara pasta which is weird.

We stayed at the manor in June 2021, just two weeks ago. This review might be a bit long, but it's truthful. My first impression was not good. There was a big dog at the entrance and it scared me. Even though the staff reassured me the dog was friendly, it didn't help because I have a fear of dogs due to past experiences. Despite this, I went in while the dog was still at the entrance and I was quite scared. The parking was also problematic. The drive in was difficult due to a steep descent and the surrounding area was under construction. It was quite daunting and made me think about finding a different place to stay. We arrived three hours before our check-in time, and after a long, hot drive from Kiev, the outside conditions were unpleasant, especially with our six-month-old baby.

The inside of the restaurant looks great. But, the poor service ruined everything! The staff are not well-trained. The waitresses seem uninterested. They can't remember orders, they mix things up, and they don't bring anything unless you ask them to. The worst part is that the service charge is already added to the bill. Nobody would want to give them extra tips for such bad service!

We went on vacation here once and we won't return. We didn't like anything from the service to the lodging. Our 6-year-old child could only sit on the pool step. Because of this, that area of the pool was crowded with kids and adults. The deep part of the pool was in the shade after lunch, which meant you either had to be in the crowded area or in the shade. We barely had a chance to eat lunch. We waited for a long time and never got served, so we ended up going to the sea. We paid 300 UAH and only stayed at the resort for 2.5 hours, which wasn't a good deal for us.

We visited the sports complex with our kids for competitions and stayed there. The rooms and the conditions were good. We are particularly grateful to the hotel's front desk staff. I'm not sure of her name, but she was very helpful and resolved all issues. She was very nice and polite! She definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

The restaurant service, on the other hand, was awful! The staff needs to be trained on how to politely interact with guests. The waiters were unhelpful, took forever to come to our table and were rude whenever they could be!

I was only in the bath area and I had a great time. The place is nice and well-kept, with well-trimmed plants and a swimming pool. It's really pretty when the trees are in bloom, it's nice to look at.

Now about the bath area: there are two changing rooms, plenty of lockers for a big group, a hall with a pool and two sections (big and small tables, you can use the smaller one if you have kids) and a TV, and a couple of heat benches. There are also two showers, and a steam room with two levels of benches shaped like a "G" (you can fit four people lying down or 7-8 sitting on the top level and 5 on the bottom level).

This place is really pretty. I bet it's even better in summer. The staff were great when we arrived. They were nice and helped us find our way around. There's a cafe where you can grab a quick bite and a coffee. We asked for food and they brought it to us. Overall, it's a top-notch place.
