We went to the bathhouse on December 23, 2023. We liked it because it was clean and tidy. The workers were friendly, especially Anton. We appreciate how accommodating the staff was. Wishing everyone all the best in the new year and peace.

Don't go here. We booked a room and a gazebo but in the end, they didn't let us eat our cake in the restaurant even though we ordered from there.

So, we reserved a table at this place. We clearly told them on the phone which table we wanted. But when we got there, the manager told us that "specific tables can't be reserved so no one gets upset". What? Not upset? Isn't that the whole point of reservations, folks?

The food is just okay, the establishment's layout makes no sense and it's not comfortable. Plus, the lighting is really bad. In summary, I wouldn't suggest going here.

This place was horrible. It's a dump, and the prices are as high as in Paris. The waiter was rude and kept saying "in terms of?". I don't understand why anyone would want to go to this lousy place and put up with such rudeness and high prices.

The place is right by a lake, and it's really well-kept with lots of pretty roses. The food is great, especially the cheesecakes. The breakfasts are okay too. The staff, including the receptionist, cleaner and waitresses, are all very nice and professional. It's not always easy to find this level of service, even in Kiev. They also have a really friendly dog who loves attention. If you're visiting Babay Sadyb, remember to bring something for the dog's fleas, as they seem to bother him a lot.

I went on a weekend trip with five other people and we booked two rooms - a family room and a suite. We paid for our stay up front, including an extra 2000 UAH for a gazebo. They still asked for a deposit, even though we had already paid for everything. We had to leave a 500 UAH deposit for each room, which I thought was unusual.

There was only one key per room, which was a bit inconvenient. They didn't offer any discounts, and we had to pay for everything separately. There was a pool on the property, but it wasn't included in the room price. It cost 150 UAH to use, which wasn't a lot, but it would've been nice if it was free for guests.

There were no fridges in the rooms, not even a small one in the suite.

Overall, it's probably alright for the price. It would be better if the place wasn't in Vasilkov, because the local people are pretty unique.

I'm giving this place two stars: one for the location and another for cleanliness. The room cost 2500 UAH per day for three people and we had to pay an extra 500 UAH deposit in case we broke or damaged something. Plus, we had to pay to use the pool, even though we were staying at the hotel. We waited around 40 minutes for our breakfast and watched the staff just chatting at the bar. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. The only good thing was the coffee. Luckily, parking was free. I don't want to return or recommend this place to anyone else.

Hello. When you book rooms with us, we let you know about our booking terms and basic rules. This includes information on the security deposit and the cost of using the pool. Our lounge staff order food from our kitchen, they don't make it themselves. So, they might have been talking about work-related stuff. To help us understand better, please tell us the date of your visit. This way, we can look into why you had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast as per your claim. We don't have pre-made breakfasts. We cook meals as soon as we get the order, but we serve them on a first come, first serve basis.

The feelings are mixed. There's a nice, well-kept area but the drive to the second parking lot is terrible. They ask for a deposit at check-in without even showing the room first. They say it's in case you break something. This doesn't make guests feel good.
The price includes breakfast, which isn't too bad. But, my friend got a cold egg that was overcooked. This isn't respectful to guests.
The receptionist at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
As others have said, rooms don't have fridges, even the expensive ones. Also, the bed sheets are not white, which they should be for the price.

Hello. When you reserve a room with us, we tell you all the conditions of the booking and the basic rules. This includes things like the security deposit and how much it costs to use the pool. We also make sure to let you know how many people the room can accommodate on all booking platforms, such as our website and Booking. As for the issue with your friend, we personally said sorry to him and fixed the problem. It wasn't about disrespecting the guest, but simply a human mistake made by our staff.

I'm rating the swimming pool, which isn't shown on the map. It's really expensive and the service isn't great. A non-alcoholic drink called Mahito costs 100 UAH for a small glass. A champagne called "Marengo", which usually costs 100 UAH, is priced at 300 UAH here. A liter of Pepsi is about 100 UAH. The pool was filled with tree fluff and nobody cleaned it up. We paid 800 UAH for two adults and a kid to swim on Saturday. It's too much money for such poor service. But, the pizza was good.

If you're looking for a calm and quiet place, this is it. The garden is neat and full of plants, roses, goats, and a lake, and there are two swimming pools. The rooms are clean and comfy. The food at the restaurant is tasty and nicely presented. However, there are some issues:
1. The rooms don't block out noise well.
2. The rooms need a fridge and a shower curtain.
3. You might have to wait a while for your order on busy weekends.

The hotel seems pretty decent at first glance - the rooms are nice, there's a separate pool for adults and children, and there's also a children's playground. However, the hotel seems to prioritize banquets. If you end up staying at the hotel during a banquet, you might not get enough to eat. The rooms don't have a fridge or a kettle. The only place you can get food at the hotel is at the restaurant. But, if there's a banquet going on, you might have to wait at least an hour for your food. There are no other options.

We went for a weekend break and loved it. The lake views are stunning. The place is really well looked after, with lots of plants and roses. Big shout out to all the workers, especially Anton and Lena. The rooms are tidy, with new comfy furniture. They gave us slippers, bathrobes, towels and stuff for the bathroom. You should go!

We stayed here during the "May holidays". We really liked the hotel and its surrounding area. It was excellent! There's a spot for kids to play and some nice shelters. We want to give a special shout-out to the manager - he's really good at his job and super nice. The rest of the staff were great too. We're planning to come back when the swimming pool is open.

Young people in Vasilkov love to visit a certain place. It's open all the time, and you can eat and drink there till midnight while listening to music. This place also has a hotel and a bathhouse. And you can even organize an event there.
