We visited the bathhouse. The water was not clean and there were hairballs floating in it. The hot tub was not hot. While we were relaxing, a random person came in from outside and started wandering around the bathhouse. The bathhouse has gotten worse compared to past years, and the cost has gone up a lot. I would not suggest going there!

I really enjoyed it. It's pretty good. The water's hot in both the pool and hot tub, especially in the hot tub. The sauna has a nice wood smell. There are new flowers on the porch. The design is cool with lots of details and decorations. The water has blue lights. There are three showers and one bathroom. I think we'll visit again.

Can the management team tell me how many people the bath complex can hold? I couldn't find this info on the price list or website. I noticed the hot tub fits 6 people and the table seats 15. I'd appreciate an answer, thanks.

The swimming pool and bath are good. The only reasons to visit here are the pool and bath because the hotel itself is not good. That's why I gave it only 1 star. If it didn't have a pool, I would have given it 0 stars. The rooms smell really bad of cigarette smoke. It's hard to stay in there. The heaters are too hot and they make the air dry. The double rooms are small, so you have to open a window to get fresh air and escape the smell of smoke and heat. The bathroom smells like sewage because the toilet leaks when you flush it. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear people talking in the hallway. The room's carpet is so dirty that it sticks to your feet. Can't they just clean it or wash it?

Everything was okay. But, the Azers started causing problems, so I quickly removed them. One guy tried to start a fight, so I instantly put him in his place. Another guy tried to join in, but he stopped himself and we instantly understood he was a good person.

This is a great spot for a family trip. The swimming pool is a bit cold, I would prefer it to be hotter. It's kept tidy, and the workers are nice.

Don't go there!
We asked for two glasses of Stela beer (because they only had Stela and Hugarden) and they gave us a bad-tasting chkernigov instead!
We also ordered 2 servings of fries and they took 25 minutes to bring them (maybe they got them from the titanic across the street) and they tasted terrible and were cold.
In conclusion: I live close by and used to visit often - now it's just trash and crap!

We went to the bathhouse today to celebrate a birthday. The bath attendant was amazing. The pool was warm and the Hamam was operational, which the kids loved. The place was clean and it wasn't crowded. We had a great experience. It was all positive and memorable. The staff was really nice. Thank you.

I wish the workers would clean more during the pandemic. We had our booking until 5pm, but the next customers were waiting at the door at 4:50pm. We had to pack up while the staff hurriedly cleaned around us. We paid until 5pm, so it would have been nice to pack up calmly. But overall, the bathhouse is great! The pool is great too. There's a cold water pool and a hot water jacuzzi. I enjoyed my time there.

This is a nice place that has a store. There's a bar in the basement with four pool tables that you can use for a certain price per hour. It's a three-star hotel but feels like a five-star one. The prices are reasonable for a three-star hotel. The rooms and the entire area are kept clean. They have different types of rooms including a presidential suite and a junior suite. You can stay in these rooms for an extra charge. There are parking spots at the front and back of the building, but the parking at the back is small. They only have security cameras for safety. Overall, it's a good place.

Everything is great at this hotel except for the hot water. You need to wait a bit for it to heat up and even then, the temperature can fluctuate. The inside of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are top-notch with a comfy bed, high-end air conditioning, and good plumbing. There's a tasty restaurant across the street that offers room delivery. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The door is really heavy and I even broke a nail trying to open it. The staff aren't very friendly. And if you're just popping in for a quick takeaway, be prepared for a long wait, which can make you question why you came in the first place.

It's nice, but the rooms need air conditioning since it's too hot to sleep at night! Overall, it's all good! They even provide single-use shower gel and shampoo, so you have everything you need!

This is a great place to relax. It's really pretty around here. They have a Turkish steam room, a Russian hot bath, a big swimming pool, and a hot tub. You can even jump into the pool from the hot tub. There are also two waterfalls and a whirlpool. You should definitely check it out.

Avoid this place. The pool has too much chlorine, the Jacuzzi has cold spots which is uncomfortable, and there's no steam bath. What they call a steam bath is just a scrubbing room. When we visited, this room was cold because something was broken. They planned to fix it while we were there, but then decided not to. The scrubbing tables were also cold. The shower took a long time to heat up. We thought there was no hot water, but it heated up after 5 minutes.

The changing rooms are good, and the sauna and Russian steam bath are great (very hot, not for the faint-hearted). The pool has interesting features. But I think you can find a better and cheaper Russian steam bath in the city.

Good things: The pool and room are nice and warm, and the place looks great.

Bad things: The pool water has a lot of chlorine which hurt my eyes and nose. People who are allergic may have a hard time. Also, the steam room was broken! Nobody told us it wasn't working. The person at the front desk insisted that everything was okay.

This place is awful. The servers are not smart at all. It's just like an old-school cafeteria. I definitely wouldn't suggest going there. The outside of the building has been getting fixed for the last 3 years.

Everything was fine, except for one incident. I was on the balcony with another guy, smoking. He went inside the hotel and I got stuck on the balcony. I suggest the hotel owners add handles on both sides of the balcony door. It won't cost much, only 70 grams.

The inside of the place looks nice. However, the water has a strong smell of chlorine, stronger than anywhere else. They don't clean or check the place after guests leave, so they ask people to smoke sometimes. We arrived early and they only cleaned for 7 minutes after the previous guests left.

1. The water turned my hair green because of some bad chemicals.
2. The Turkish bath was broken, and nobody told us.
3. Ordering food is really difficult! Most of it comes from the restaurant across the street, but they might not deliver unless you order a lot.
4. It's cold and wet in there.
5. It's way too expensive for what it is.
