Bath-sauna "Abrikol" №547

I went to the bathhouse on February 19, 2022, for a birthday celebration. The bathhouse was okay, but I did not like the service at all. We left a bag with all our food, juice, expensive alcohol, and good hookah tobacco (3 new packs) because we planned to continue the party at home. However, when we called about our forgotten items, they simply said nothing was left and they had thrown everything away! Isn't that surprising? In most places, the manager would at least call to ask if we were coming back for our stuff or if they could throw it away. Having been a manager myself in the past, I know the proper way to treat customers. But in this case, they didn't follow any rules or even basic decency.

The bathhouse is nice, especially the steam room. They need to improve on how they handle payments to avoid misunderstandings. I called and booked the bathhouse from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. When I got there, they changed the time to 10:30 pm. I paid 950 hryvnia for three hours and two towels. At 10:00 pm, they asked if I wanted to extend my time. Apparently, I only paid until 10:00 pm according to the person in charge. I decided to stay until 10:30 pm and paid an extra 150 hryvnia when I left. I didn't take any pictures or videos. I didn't want to argue with the person in charge.

I don't know what to say about this pool club. The food is good, but it's too expensive for the location. Everyone enjoyed it and the employees were great, especially the waiters and bartenders. Thanks to the ladies for the great service. We'll be visiting more frequently.

The service here is really bad. The waitress is rude. The place is messy with alcohol stains on the walls, spiderwebs everywhere, and dirt all over. It's worrisome to think about how dirty the kitchen might be if the dining area is this dirty.

The food costs a lot. The pool game is okay, but the tables are old. Some tables even have ripped holes where the balls can drop to the ground.

The place is okay, but a red-haired, short-haired waitress named Tatiana ruined the experience with her rude behavior towards customers. She says things that are too harsh.

This is a good spot. The food is really yummy, the people who work here are nice, and it doesn't cost too much.
