Finnish sauna "Artua" №154

We visited during Christmas for three nights. The room was okay but they didn't clean it or replace the toiletries. The shower had problems, the door was always shut and the fan was always running. The restaurant wasn't open and we only had dry food for breakfast. I won't be going back.

Even though the rooms had no-smoking signs, everyone was smoking so much that we needed to air out the room regularly. The breakfast, as shown in the picture, was more like a snack. It was just a sandwich cut in half, a plain cheesecake or strudel, and tea. You have to pay for morning coffee.

The rooms and bathroom were fairly clean. However, the shower drain was blocked, which was not nice. Don't expect a good view from the window because the surrounding area is not very appealing. We only chose this hotel because it was close to our workplace.

Terrible! The room was supposed to have a fridge, but it didn't. Same thing with the spa - it was advertised but nowhere to be found. All the front desk said was "sorry". And the breakfast? It's nothing special.

The good thing about this hotel is that the room is big and they provide a parking space, a kettle and a one-time tea. But everything else was bad. The mattresses were so uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The room smelled and it didn't match the high rating on Booking.com, which I suspect is fake. There was no fridge or robes and everything was of poor quality. The breakfast wasn't good either. I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel.

We went on a family trip and really enjoyed it. The people working there are nice and the ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. I also want to say that the rooms are really clean and the beds are comfy (which matters a lot after a long journey). If we come to Kharkiv again, we'll for sure stay at Artois.

The review is about breakfast. Even though they said it was available, it wasn't really. They only had a sandwich with sausage and cheese, and there wasn't enough sausage for everyone. The guests had to compete to get some. I ended up eating a plain cheese sandwich and was happy it wasn't just bread. The management seems stingy. Also, when I checked in, the room had a weird smell. It took a while to figure out the source, which was a vase on the table with leftover flowers and fish. It seemed like the previous guests had eaten fish and used the vase as a trash bin, and this was missed during cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel for a week for work and it cost me 750 UAH per day. It's in a good spot and there's free parking right outside. The staff are nice and helpful. They give you lots of toiletries and the towels and bedsheets are really clean.

But the rooms need some updating and the staff must know this. The room smelled bad and even when you open the windows or clean it, the smell doesn't go away. The room wasn't cleaned properly either; there was dirt and crumbs in the corners. The internet is really bad, especially after 5pm when everyone is back at the hotel. It keeps cutting out so I had to use my phone's internet for the whole 5 days.

This hotel is great. I've stayed here 3 times and it's always top-notch! The rooms are clean, they provide all the bathroom stuff you need, and breakfast is free. If you stay here for a few days, you'll be happy, especially if you get a room on the 3rd floor that has a terrace.

The hotel is neat and comfortable with all necessary things. Thanks to the hotel staff. I enjoyed staying there!

Everything was really good:) I don't understand why there are some bad reviews. We enjoyed the location, the service, and the rooms. We got a junior suite and we're really happy with it.

The breakfast was simple, more like a light meal. But we knew it would be like that. So, everything was as we expected. We also knew that the sauna wasn't open because of quarantine - we were prepared for this.

They let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late. They also changed our room without any issue - one of our friends couldn't make it and his room was cancelled without any problems and they put an extra bed in another room.

Overall, we're happy with everything. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!
