I went to the pool today and by 11:30 am, there were no sunbeds left. The entrance fee is 350 UAH which includes a sunbed. If it's this crowded every weekend, they should consider adding more sunbeds, don't you think? The prices are too high and the burgers aren't good, filled with tough bits. The service is bad, too. The waiters aren't friendly and you have to queue at the bar. It can take up to 30 minutes. If you just want a drink, you still have to wait in the same queue and then another one for the drink. There's only one bartender who seems overwhelmed. They should hire more bartenders for weekends. And waiters should take orders instead of making customers wait for so long. The bar stools are very old. The customer service is poor. The food was served cold. We didn't even end up swimming in the pool.

We went on a holiday last weekend. Before we arrived, we called to check if the pool was heated because we were traveling with kids. They told us it was, but when we got there, the water was really cold, even in the shallow part for kids. That was disappointing. Also, the pool chairs were old and really uncomfortable to lie on. It was hard to relax and sunbathe.

We ate at a cafe near the pool. We asked the waiter to clean the table that had been used by the previous customers. She did, but told us that they don't wash the tables anymore because they were already 10 years old. That wasn't great. The food was good though.

Lastly, the bathroom near the pool was really bad. It smelled so bad you felt like you needed a gas mask to go in! The toilet wouldn't flush either. It was a nightmare!

We got there on a day off and they only told us three hours later that the kitchen was broken. They should have told us when we walked in. The waiters weren't good or attentive. The fridge was broken too!

This is a great spot for a peaceful holiday by the sea! Super awesome! Tasty beverages, good tunes, stunning decor, nice water, and cosy seats. It's got everything you need for chill-out time.

The food is really good and there's a lot of choice like sushi, meat, veggies, fruits, lemonades, and sherbet.

The place is for 1 time visit.

Hello! I ordered a mojito with alcohol for 120 hryvnia, but they brought me one without alcohol. When I talked to the bartender, he insisted that the drink had alcohol and was very rude. The staff didn't do their job well. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from here!

This is a nice spot to visit for a day trip, especially for people living in Kharkiv, particularly near Cold Mountain. There's a big pool, which is great for kids. The food is good too, so you can eat there. We often go there.

The place is nice and shady, but it's really old and needs updating. The pool has mold in some spots and needs to be fixed right away. Also, the food is more expensive than in Soho and Arcade.

The swimming pool is neat and has varying depths, plus it's really big. Everything is tidy and there's lots of greenery around. The food is also really good, I got to try borscht, nuggets, burgers, cakes and some other stuff. I would recommend coming, just make sure to come early because it gets really crowded in the afternoon.

Good spot, not far from town, with lovely surroundings and a great swimming pool for kids and grown-ups. The only issue was the pretty expensive cost for food and drinks.
