SPA complex "Beatrice" №1523

I've been visiting this place for more than a year for a hydro massage. The parking is good in the city center, and Sveta, the massage therapist, is great! The girls at the front desk are also nice. However, the bubbles in the jacuzzi don't work and the management doesn't fix it even after complaints. This is a big problem! I go there often for this treatment, but every time I go, nothing changes. I only keep going because of the massage therapist. I hope the management fixes this issue because customers are not getting the full service they should.

I went to get my nails done at Beatrice salon. The nail technician uses old methods, like using foil and chemicals to remove gel polish. They didn't even have the right tool to remove the base layer, and it took a long time to do with a small tool, while they seemed annoyed. They charged a lot for this. They didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked for square-shaped nails, but they didn't do it right. It seems like the nail technician has been doing the same thing for a long time and doesn't keep up with new techniques. The service wasn't worth the money they charged.

We took our 4-year-old to see pediatric dentist, Kryachko Sergey Stanislavovich. It was the kid's first big dentist appointment and they had to have two teeth pulled out. However, it was completely painless because they used sedation. An hour after the procedure, the child was playing on the playground and had forgotten all about losing two teeth. The staff was very careful and the place was clean. Sergey Stanislavovich is an amazing doctor and we wish there were more like him because then kids wouldn't be so scared of going to the dentist. He thoroughly explained everything about the procedure. The child felt comfortable quickly, sat in the chair, opened their mouth to show their teeth, and warmed up to the doctor within two minutes - which says a lot.

We went to the sauna, also known as a pool or hamam, and so on. Our visit was from 5pm to 10pm.

In short:
It's in a good spot and the pool was warm. The kids had fun splashing around for a while and they didn't get cold, which was nice.

You need to bring your own towels and slippers, which was unexpected. There was only one hair dryer, which was surprising - like, really?

I really want to say thank you to your service, especially to the main person in charge! The first time I came to your place was in the beginning of a snowy March. We were told about all the rules and what to do in the baths right at the entrance. Everyone was polite and really interested in helping us. Everything was good, the steam felt great and the temperature was 85 degrees. The pool was big and clean too.

The spa could do with some updates. It's okay for a cheap visit to use the sauna, hammam and pool. But, I'd prefer to pay extra for it to be cleaner and more comfortable. The changing area is really small, and you have to pay extra for the salt room. It's also too cold in the shared area during winter. The decor is quite unusual, and it looks like there are dusty trinkets on the shelves from someone's personal collection.

We took our kid for an ultrasound with Muratova E.G. She's really good at what she does. She gave us the results right away and explained everything (which was the same as what a specialist doctor later told us). She's also great with kids. My child was surprisingly calm most of the time. :)
