"Bath complex" in Severnoy Saltovke №616

I want to tell you about my visit to this amazing bathhouse. We booked a room that used to have a font. It was strange without it, but not a big deal.

As soon as we entered, a friendly guy named Maxim, who works there, welcomed us. He made us feel comfortable right away. The service was great. The staff was professional, attentive, and cared for every guest. They had all the things we needed and helped us with everything. Because of the nice and attentive staff, our visit to this bathhouse was fun and special. I would tell anyone who wants good service and a warm atmosphere to go here.

They said they'll fix the font.

Stayed in a room with a swimming pool. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. There was plenty of room which was great. Really enjoyed the holiday, so thanks for that. Also, want to give a shout out to a guy named Maxim who was really helpful and respectful.

Right now, there's some trouble in northern Saltovka, but it's great that the sauna is still open. The sauna is good, but the pool could be warmer. It's got plenty of room - seven people can fit easily. Even when the lights went out in the north, we could still have our birthday party because the sauna had light.

The sauna is just okay. It's not warm enough, the taps are broken, and the sink leaks among other issues. I wouldn't recommend going there. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it has a big swimming pool.

I'm happy that this place is still running and everything is for the customers. Thanks for helping us enjoy our time. We'll be back!

Great sauna! You need to book in advance, but that's nice because it ensures no one else can take your spot!

The sauna is okay. However, the pool water is too cold to swim in. But overall, it's quite roomy and can fit a group of 10 people.

It's a disgusting bathhouse! We go there only because of the company of friends. They don't respond to complaints that there are a lot of breakdowns that lead to unsanitary conditions! Impertinently say that if you do not like it go to another place. In the steam room water is ankle-deep – a breeding ground for fungal diseases. To dry your head, at least your hair dryer should use the outlet that stands in the general hall with 80 percent humidity. In the locker room sockets do not work! Hooks near the steam room is not at all – towels at least on the floor put. Complete disgrace! Money is charged simply for nothing! I would very much like this bathhouse visited the sanitary epidemic station – reigns complete irresponsibility for the health of people!

We went to a bathhouse with a pool. The floor was really cold, just like the pool. It used to have a heated floor and the pool water was warmer, but it seems like they increased the price and didn't fix what was broken. If you aren't drunk, you'll feel the cold inside and even the sauna won't help you warm up.

We won't be going back. We rented a room with a hot tub but the room was cold and so was the water in the tub. We tried to heat it up but it didn't seem to work. The steam room door also had issues as it wouldn't close properly and we had to hold it. It used to be better before but now it seems like they don't care anymore. Despite all this, the prices have gone up!

The sauna complex was really bad. The last time we visited was in December 2020 when we reserved the "Royal" sauna. The couch was worn out and the room was cold because there was no heater. The shower room's faucet handle was broken, the tiles were uneven and water kept leaking into the entrance area, making it dangerously slippery. Plus, we saw a few cockroaches. To get warm in the bathhouse, you had to sit near the hot stones for about 30 minutes. And all of this came with a high price tag! I hope the management sees this review and takes steps to make the complex better.

Everything was fine, but the swimming pool was not warm as they said it would be, it was cold.

It's not very clean there. The shower's on/off button didn't work. But, the service is nice and I liked the sauna and pool!

Overall, everything was okay. But there was one issue! We booked the bath ahead of time and asked about the water temperature. They said the water would be warm. But actually, the water was cold and it looked really dirty! It seemed like they hadn't changed the water in a long time.

I went to the bathhouse with a group of friends. I was happy to see there was plenty of room for around 15 people. The steam room was really good. The pool was big enough to swim in. It was tidy and the staff were nice. The downside was that only one shower was working and the other one had a problem with the faucet. Also, there's no place for smokers to smoke.

The steam rooms are great, and so is the jacuzzi! I just wish the pool was a bit warmer.

It's way better after they fixed it up! There's a big pool with cold water. So much room. We really liked it!

The sauna is great, but the staff working at night are disrespectful and rude. That's why I'm giving it 7 out of 10.

The sauna doesn't have a wood floor. Only one shower works all the time. If you try to use the second shower, the tap comes off. In the first shower, the water doesn't stay hot.
