We had a family vacation and really enjoyed the hotel. There was a small problem at first, but the hotel staff fixed it quickly. We're very grateful for their help. The breakfast was great and the employees were really nice. I would suggest this hotel to others.

The only weird part was the odd girls in the hotel and the crowd of people from different countries.

My review. If you're not as picky as me, you won't mind that the fridge doesn't work and needs replacing, or that the safe is broken. The air conditioner has a mind of its own and works when it feels like it. You might need to call a professional a few times, and remember to ask for housekeeping. Don't forget to request fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, and shampoo. But if you don't let these things bother you, everything else is great. The receptionists are very responsive and helpful. The place is very comfy and cozy, which is great for smokers like me because each floor has a balcony with a chair and an ashtray. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park with statues of Soviet cultural, scientific, and technological figures, a small fountain, and lots of shade from the trees. It's a popular place for families with kids and tour groups.

This is a really nice place! The food is delicious and good quality now that Iveria has started serving there. Check out this restaurant, spa, and sculpture garden - you'll really like it.

This is a super cozy place where you'd want to live, not just stay for a few days. It's in a really good spot too. When you step into the area of "Mandarin", it's like entering a whole new world. You're welcomed by statues of Akhmatova, Gumilev, Bulgkakov, and Tsvetaeva. The sculpture garden, water fountains and beautiful art pieces grab your attention right away. The hotel itself has tons of paintings. You might not even want to take the elevator to your room, because you could miss some of the paintings on the walls.

The hotel is stunning, located in a central but quiet place very close to a subway station. It's very comfortable, has excellent and personal service, and you must go up to the roof where there's a breathtaking view of the city. It's great value for the price.

It looks really pretty. It has a nice yard and the whole place feels good. It's a peaceful and beautiful spot. They keep it clean and tidy all the time. The plants are lovely and well-watered.

This is a great, comfortable hotel with a cool design both inside and out. It's definitely a four-star hotel because it's so convenient and the service is top-notch. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only problem was there weren't any signs in Ukrainian. If I didn't speak English, I wouldn't know what to do. Please fix this! Thanks for being so welcoming!

This is a good spot. It's in a great, peaceful downtown location. You can see a fantastic view from the rooftop. There's a deck where you can drink coffee and enjoy the city's scenery. The staff is young and kind. However, there's one downside. The front door is really poor (it doesn't block out any noise). We were woken up in the morning by noise behind it.

This is a hotel that will win you over with its friendly service. The staff is very helpful and will cater to your every need. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, equipped with everything you need, starting from the standard class. Breakfast is not included in the price, but it costs around 200 UAH and they can even deliver it to your room. The hotel offers a free spa for guests and the best part is that you can have dinner on the hotel roof, overlooking the entire city of Kharkiv. The food is tasty and the hotel is located right in the center of Kharkiv. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great service. They also offer the option to book parking for the evening.

I've been to this hotel many times. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are always super clean. I'm always happy to see that. Even when there are health concerns in the country, they keep the rooms clean and they don't smell bad. The hotel has a unique look and each room is different. I know this because I've stayed in many different rooms. The food is really good and they make it look nice too. The hotel is in a great spot, right in the city center. They also give every guest a nice little gift. I really suggest you try this hotel! ❤️❤️❤️
