Sorry Yulia, our staff didn't mean to be rude. The security footage shows you arrived on time but left 40 minutes late, not at 2:30am which you paid for, but at 3:09am. The taxi company also left a comment about this. At 2:55am, you were asked if you had called a taxi and you said you were about to do it. Please check your records. No one forced you to leave, but sometimes people need help to call a taxi. We couldn't let you stay until dawn.
