The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. But, it was hard to breathe at night. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. They cleaned every day and only changed the towels. Overall, despite these small issues, I liked the hotel. Thanks for the friendly service.

The room had everything I needed, like a hairdryer and bathrobes. You can use an ironing board on the third floor or have your clothes laundered. The room was modern, the beds were comfy, there was a minibar and free water. They refilled the water every day. The room temperature was just right. Even though it was near the airport, I couldn't hear any noise.
The hotel staff saw that I had a birthday during my stay and gave me a surprise gift of wine and fresh fruit. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was really good.

We're also sorry about the water problem in your room and the noise being louder than you thought it would be. We do have earplugs in every room for guests who find it hard to sleep with noise. On March 7, 2021, we didn't notice any problems with hot water and sadly, we couldn't switch your room because all our rooms were taken. This is a rare situation and we're really sorry that your experience wasn't good.

About the room cost, we want to make sure you know that your room with a 10% discount cost 1552.50. Also, by law in our country, all visitors from outside the country have to pay a visitor's tax. This is 120 UAH/person each day. Since there were two of you in the room, the total room cost with the visitor's tax came to 1792,50 UAH. If you had booked the room on booking.com, the price would have been the same. The visitor's tax is also mentioned on our hotel's page on booking.com.

The room we stayed in was really nice with big windows that gave us great views. It was clean and stylish too!
The spa was amazing for a couple's experience. We loved the calming music and the food from the restaurant was delicious!
Your massage therapists really know what they're doing!
The "Voyager" restaurant served unique and delicious food and the service was top-notch! Itala, the administrator, was really helpful and offered great alternatives if something wasn't available. She's a big part of why the restaurant is so good, in my opinion.

- The servers don't know when the kitchen is out of certain dishes (probably because the kitchen doesn't have a "Stop List"), and whether there's alcohol available at the bar;
- The cafe doesn't have many choices for hookah tobacco, and there aren't many hookah pipes either.
