I stayed at this hotel for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are big and comfy. Everything is neat and tidy. The room had all the essentials. The bed was big and comfy. The hotel is far from the road, so it's very quiet. I couldn't hear any noises from neighbors. There's a big parking area where your car will be safe. I really liked the top-floor restaurant that has a panoramic view. Also, the hotel is right next to, or rather inside, the "Zustrych" park!

This is a really great big hotel! Even the normal rooms are as big as a single room. It has an awesome gym and according to their website, there's also a pool and spa. It's fantastic! There's a supermarket and a few drugstores just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a park close by. A taxi driver told me there's a plane with arcade games in the park (I didn't verify this myself).

There is a sauna, a pool with water massage, and a steam room. All this costs 150 hryvnia per hour. The changing room is nice and has a shower. The pool's water is salty and the temperature is comfy - not too hot or cold. After getting hot in the sauna or steam room, it feels nice to jump in the pool. There's a cafe in the hotel. I liked it a lot.

We had an event at this hotel in October. The service was really good. The rooms were comfy, the food was tasty, and the staff was nice. We didn't get to try out the spa and pool, but we liked them too. We'll definitely come back.

The complex is fantastic. We used the pool, which was really great. It’s warm and has varying depths of 1.10 and 1.40 meters, so it's safe for kids. The changing room has lockers that can be locked with a key. There are also showers and toilets available. Everything is warm and comfortable. The complex also features a spa with steam rooms and sun beds.

This is a nice hotel far from the noisy area. The rooms are clean, the employees are nice, and the breakfast is really good (it's a buffet). Everything is good here. I've stayed here three times and I've never had a problem.

The staff are friendly, no matter what time it is. The place is clean, comfortable and has a nice vibe. It has everything you need to relax: it's quiet, has a comfy bed, hot water, bathroom supplies, food, and a spa. We really liked it. We'll for sure come back!

I've stayed at this hotel before and I know it's a bit far. The room is big and bright and has all the essentials for a guest. It would be nice if they could add a box with tea, coffee, or sugar packets though. We ordered from the kitchen because we were there for training and everything was good. The salads were a bit plain though. The baked goods were amazing, especially the cheese casserole and smeetannik. The buffet was a bit disappointing because there weren't many options. The staff was helpful and friendly and always ready to assist. The conference room on the second floor was perfect for training.

Hello. I want to share my experience about the pool. We often visit and spend a lot of money there. However, when we came with a kid (2.7 months old) and two adults, the bartender charged us 800 UAH, saying that children over 1 year old have to pay. That surprised us! My husband and I often rent rooms when we visit Kharkov. But this time, we were disappointed by the service. The staff wasn't friendly and the restaurant wasn't great. The service was bad. We asked for tea in our room at 9:00 PM and they asked us if we had cups. If not, they couldn't serve us. So, we had to go outside to buy tea!

The hotel room was neat, and the workers were very nice and helpful. We had our wedding party at the Mercury restaurant inside the Panorama room. The food was new and tasty. The workers were helpful and nice. The room was neat and had air conditioning. There was also a room for smoking. We want to say a big thank you to the manager, Alexander. He helped us plan the banquet in just one day!

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I visit the pool here in the summer. It's snug and peaceful with plenty of loungers, pretty greenery and a nice place to swim. The pool isn't big, but it's great for a relaxed weekend. I love that it's surrounded by flowers, it makes me feel like I'm on holiday.

This place has been around for a long time. It's like a street side pool. The area is neat and tidy, with lots of greenery. There's soft music playing at the bar. The pool water is clean and salty. There's also a small pool for children and a playground. It's a nice place to relax. We live close by and always enjoy going there. It costs 250 UAH to get in on Saturdays. The service is good. I really like this place. There's also a big parking lot.

It's a pretty spot. There's a pool and a separate one for kids. They have sun loungers. The cafe serves great food. We had a lovely holiday relaxing under the pine and birch trees.

I really like this place. I've had a wedding and a few special events here, both on the top floor and the summer deck. The vibe and comfort are great, but the menu options have decreased during lockdown. I'm not sure about the hotel part, but the pool, summer deck, fountain, and kids area are awesome. It's a great place to hang out during the day or evening. The only downsides are the limited menu and that our table was a bit shaky, like it didn't have a solid base. But apart from that, I highly recommend it.

This is an old hotel that I've known for about 10 years. The hotel is really great! The workers are nice and the room is clean. The restaurant, however, is just okay. The food is not very delicious. The cold soup and pork steak were not good. I can cook better than that.

The hotel looks good from both outside and inside. The rooms are big, tidy and reasonably priced. The only small issue is that instead of getting a soap bar and two packets of shower gel, it would be better to have liquid soap dispensers - which is common in most hotels I've stayed in. Other than that, it's a pretty good hotel.

This is a really pretty and pleasant spot. I've holidayed here a lot and everyone enjoyed it. Any downsides aren't worth mentioning - they're minor in my opinion. The cost is reasonable.

I travel a lot both domestically and in Europe. This was my first time having such an experience. I made a reservation on Booking.com and it cost me 4800, which included breakfast. When I arrived, I was told that the breakfast was only for 2 people, not 4 as I had thought. We ended up paying 5660 UAH. I'm not sure why we paid so much because the breakfast was very minimal. One day, they had a little bit of food that my kids liked, but the next day there was only cold sausages and a few pieces of meat that everyone wanted. I had to take my kids to a cafe to eat breakfast. They mentioned a summer playground which we were excited about because the weather was warm. However, the playground was closed. I don't understand why we paid so much. The staff was nice and the room was big, but everything else was not good.
