The service at the bar was really bad. No one pays attention to you there because everyone is busy doing their own thing. There were flies and trash in the pool, which was not nice at all. Although the surrounding nature was beautiful, the place itself wasn't well maintained. The people in charge need to be more careful when hiring staff. Overall, I didn't have a great experience there. It was pretty gross.

We went to a big bathhouse. Everything is old and needs fixing. They didn't have any brooms, even if you wanted to pay extra. The pool water wasn't clean, and there were no lights. The sauna wasn't hot enough, even after 5 hours. The only good thing was the ice hole, but it was hard to get to because everything was slippery, including the stairs. It cost 500 gr. per hour. We spent 2500 gr. but there were a lot of problems. I don't think you should go there.

Good spot, nice breakfast. We stayed in a wooden cabin. The only downside was that we could hear our neighbors snoring because of the bad soundproofing, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The place is good!

The sitting area of the sauna is really cold, just like a place where dead bodies are kept. The hot steam room feels the same.

The gazebos are really good, particularly the large one. There's plenty of space around the gazebo for kids, even though there isn't a designated kids' area.

Good things about this place:
- Big rooms
- It's located in a green space near a river
- The breakfast is really good
- There's a pool

Bad things about this place:
- They don't clean the rooms, they just give you water and take out the trash
- There's mold in the bathroom, and the strip that says the toilet is clean is just lying on the lid
- There's a blanket with cigarette burns
- The fire alarms don't work
- They say a room with a double bed is just a room with two single beds you have to move together.

They're still fixing up some parts of the shopping center, but some shops are already open. It's not exactly sure what they're fixing, but overall, the shopping center is pretty good.

The shelters and swimming area are nice, but the bathrooms are really dirty!

This is a really good 3-star hotel. It's in a clean area and the air is fresh. The food is really tasty and you get a lot of it. The cost of the room includes breakfast. You can also have your meals in your room. We tried a few different dishes and they were all good. The shrimp dish had lots of large shrimp in it. We also had a chicken dish and a chicken salad which were both great. I didn't really like the waffles with fruit though. I didn't think the dough tasted that good and there weren't a lot of fruits on it. My friend liked them though. The breakfast was big. We had eggs, bacon, veggies, and pancakes with a lot of jam. The people who work there are awesome. The waitresses work really hard.

The pool is unclean and overfilled, and the sun beds are worn out. It's a positive that there's a bathroom and shower. But charging 250 hryvnia for just a few hours isn't really affordable.

I liked it all

I was happily surprised to find such a great spot for a getaway within Kharkov. It had a large covered outdoor seating area with a grill, a sauna, and a swimming pool - all next to a river. We didn't go swimming in the river because it was dirty, but it added to the overall feel. I'd rate the sauna a 3, and the outdoor seating area and pool both a 5. The seating area was far from others, so we weren't bothered and didn't bother anyone else.

This is a great place for fun and relaxation. You can always hire a hut or go to the swimming pool, and during winter, it's always open on Epiphany.

Pool Review. Very poor! Nobody welcomes you at the entrance, and you only find out how to get to the pool when you're already there (you have to go back to the reception). Be aware that you can't use a card to pay for the pool! The place hasn't been taken care of for the past 5 years, and it's still the same - the asphalt at the entrance is broken. Kids under 5 years old can enter for free, but they can only swim in the kids' pool, which is really dirty. If you want a sunbed with an umbrella, paying 250 UAH per person doesn't guarantee you'll get one. It all depends on your luck. The only good things are that the area around the pool is green and the location is somewhat convenient. Overall, it was a mistake to give this place another try. I honestly don't know who keeps coming here.

Great rooms for the price!

This place has a lot of nature and fresh air, with gazebos and docks, and exercise machines for people who like to work out. I didn't check out the inside of the boats or their rooms. Renting kayaks and paddleboards is pretty pricey (costs between 160 and 120 grn). There's a pool with places to lay down and shade from the sun, which makes up for the beautiful light green water of the Hydropark.

This is a fantastic spot for a city break. It has shelters and a pool.

Really good spot and not too expensive!

I've rented a pavilion here a few times and a bathhouse once. The place is pretty good overall. The pavilions are under pine trees, there's a tap to wash your hands, and there's a parking lot. There's also a swimming pool and a nice, clean bathroom. You can rent kayaks or paddleboards and go swimming in the Zhuravlevka river. The downsides are that there's a model airplane track nearby and you can hear the engines in the pavilion. Also, the river isn't very clean, so swimming isn't that appealing.

It's really unclean. Entry is 250 UAH, but all you get for that is a dip in a filthy pool. They have spare loungers, but the security guy says they're reserved for hotel guests, even though these guests might not even use the pool. I wouldn't suggest going here. At any other pool for the same price, you're assured a lounger, towel and a clean pool.

The bass is pretty good considering its price. It's not too crowded, which is nice. However, getting a sunbed might be difficult, so it's better to book in advance. The daily pool fee is 250 UAH, which I believe is reasonable.

The place is in a good location and is really beautiful. I really liked coming here for holidays. However, the pool isn't in good condition this year. The bottom is peeling off and the ladders are unstable. The gyms are also closed. It seems like the place isn't cared for and isn't good enough. Despite this, the prices have increased. If you're willing to overlook all these issues, you can still relax here.

I haven't been inside the hotel, but I've been to its gazebos. The area is tidy and comfortable. There's also a pool and a river close by.

This is the first time I've seen something like this. A guy showed up to check in at 10 am. He was hot and had luggage, and was told to wait until 1 pm (I don't know why, he could have paid for extra time). They didn't let him wait at the front desk, so he had to find somewhere else to wait until check-in time. He came back at 12:50 and one worker asked another why he was there, like it was too early? Is this normal? It's really disappointing. Even with lots of competition, the service isn't getting better, it's getting worse.

We stayed in a "Standard" room in a wooden building. The room was big and nice, surrounded by a pine forest. The price included tasty breakfasts and access to a good pool. During lunch and dinner, we could eat at the summer cafe which had a lot of different foods to choose from. Overall, it was great for the price we paid.

The only downsides were that we arrived on a weekend and they didn't have any grill cook, even though they had a lot of grilled dishes on the menu. Also, the coffee didn't taste good, maybe there was something wrong with the coffee machine. But other than that, the food was good. We especially liked the Provence pancakes and the meat served on a hot pan.

There is an outdoor pool in the city. There is a beautiful wooden building and a larger river building. There are shelters near the river and in the forest. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks.

We got a shelter to cook skewers, it was a good spot. We enjoyed the wooden cabins, and the area was clean and looked after well.

The only good thing about this "hotel" is that it's surrounded by nature. Apart from that, it seems like they're trying to turn a barbecue place into a place for people who work a lot or like drinking strong alcohol. I wouldn't suggest going there. Maybe just once, for the experience of living in a place like this.

Great place. I really appreciate the gazebo option. You only pay for the gazebo, not the people you invite, just like at Aquajure. It's really peaceful in the gazebo and any new guests can be directed your way. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. I also left my backpack behind once and the security guard found it in our gazebo. I was able to pick it up the next day. Thanks!

There's a lot of room, a pool, and a place to play sports. It's close to a river.

The rooms are tidy and there's a beautiful, big balcony with a view of the water. It has everything you need to relax. There's a barbecue area with a covered seating spot by the river, which also has a power socket and light, which is really handy. The strawberry jam at breakfast was really tasty. I suggest you try it.

The cost and quality match well, it's really peaceful and the air is clean.

They didn't let us stay because they said our three-year-old was too loud. This is crazy, we've been all over and this is the first time this has happened. We even offered to pay for an extra spot, but they still said no. I don't get it. My kid is three. He doesn't yell and we don't get up in the night. We've taken him everywhere since he was a baby and it's never been an issue! I wouldn't suggest staying here!

The gazebos are pretty good, and you can get to the water from each one. There's a place to play soccer, volleyball and basketball. You can also rent a boat, and there's a big pool that has sections for both adults and kids. The place looks really nice and there's a building with a bathroom inside. I think it's a good spot to have a fun holiday outside with family or friends.
