The outside of the hotel looks nice and it has a good interior. The staff likes pets and there are two parrots and a cat around. One of the parrots, located on the second floor near the restaurant, starts singing every morning. If you're a light sleeper, you might hear it. The rooms have new furniture and seem warm and clean. However, when you walk on the floor in socks, they pick up a lot of dust. The towels are clean but are a bit old and gray. The bathroom has water stains but there is a bathtub, which is good. After 10pm, the hot water gets less hot. One of the best things about the hotel is the restaurant that serves homemade food. However, you need to ask what dishes they can make and how fast they can prepare it.

This is a nice place to stay for a night or two. The people who work here are nice. The food at the restaurant is tasty and they give you lots of it (we wish we knew this earlier). The room is big and cozy, with all the things you need. They should think about changing the bathroom towels and maybe include breakfast in the cost.

The hotel is great and looks just like the pictures. The rooms are cozy and have hot water, clean towels, and fresh linens. Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay. We think everyone should consider staying here.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and not too pricey. I really liked how it was decorated. There's a real library on the second floor that blew me away. It has lots of books like classics, mysteries, adventure stories, sci-fi, history and more. I didn't get to look at all of them, let alone read them - I just didn't have enough time. But just having a library like this is super cool. I've never seen anything like it. Big thumbs up. The rooms are nice too, with beds, a bath, and a bathroom. The hotel is warm, which was nice since I was there in the fall. I wonder if it's hot or cool in the summer? If I ever go back to Kharkiv, I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed at a tiny hotel that was really pretty inside. We had to get a fancy big room because there wasn't another one that could fit our family of 5. The room was clean and in good shape, with a hot tub, throwaway slippers, and stuff to use in the shower.

The room might not have been recently renovated, but it didn't look bad. The food in the restaurant was really good and the servings were big. I ate everything on my plate. I would recommend it!

The staff were really nice and helpful. They even got us a fridge in our room when we asked for it. The food in the restaurant was super tasty and the servings were big. The waitress was really good at suggesting dishes we might like. We were going to eat out in town, but decided to eat at the hotel instead and we were happy we did. Even though there was a wedding happening nearby, our food came out really fast! The rooms were very comfy and peaceful, and the whole hotel was interestingly designed. We'll definitely be back! EXCELLENT HOTEL, SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS

The hotel looks like it could be in South Tyrol or Bavaria, but it's actually in Kharkiv. The hotel is close to the subway, but the path is quite dusty. There's a grocery store near the subway where you can buy necessities, including drinks to make your day better. The hotel has a private parking area where you can park your car or motorcycle.

The staff is really nice. The rooms are good. The price is reasonable. The food is good.

It's alright, but having a window on the ground floor that looks onto the stairs isn't the best idea.

The hotel isn't too bad and it's quiet, even though it's near a road. However, I wasn't happy with the breakfast situation. I ordered an omelette at one price, but they added extra for a half a tomato. Same thing happened with the pancakes. I ordered them at one price, but they charged me extra because of the filling. Other than that, the hotel itself is nice and comfy.

Good points: The staff is friendly, the rooms are mostly clean, there are parrots, the atmosphere is good, the restaurant is not expensive.

Bad points: The walls are too thin, so you can hear all the conversations; we stayed in room 102 and it was really hot, even though the heat was off there was no fresh air, the restaurant didn't have a lot of things, and there's no soap in the rooms to wash your hands.

I think this hotel is really good and has a unique feature.

This is a nice, neat and peaceful hotel. I've been to over 20 hotels in Kharkov that cost up to 900grn, and none of them compare to Felisa. The staff are really polite and the breakfasts are great. I'll only stay at this hotel when I'm in Kharkov from now on. I highly recommend it!!!

Visited the bathhouse on 24.02.21. Everything was great - it was clean, comfortable, and hot. The Turkish bath was awesome. We will keep going back!
