The place was nice and the saunas and common areas were kept warm. But, I was always cold there. Also, not all the showers that were advertised worked, which was very important to me. We were a group of women and the person in charge made sure we didn't have too much privacy, especially in the women's changing room.

It's really pretty and neat there. The Roman steam room has lights like a starry sky. We enjoyed it. The bath attendant isn't annoying and is mostly there for safety. The rooms are big and roomy.

Bana isn't actually a bathhouse. You can't really call it a bathhouse if there's a supervisor there. You can't use brooms, and there’s a guy who walks around watching what you're doing. The room is in the basement where there's no signal, and you won't get WiFi unless you ask for it.
