Bath complex "Misto" №630

Hello! This place is really big and nice-looking with a huge area. However, if you're in the kids' section on a sun lounger, you can't order any food. Why is that? You have to walk to the bar, wait for a waiter for about 20 minutes and then wait another hour for your food to be ready. When we asked how long our order would take, the waiter suggested we sit at a bar table and wait, even laughing about it. It was not a funny situation at all. Maybe the management should consider improving their customer service?

The swimming pools, for both kids and adults, are clean and warm. It's better to bring your own food rather than ordering or waiting for food from the restaurant. I didn't like that they wouldn't give me a new towel when mine got wet from the rain, even when I asked for a kid's towel. They said that a towel is like a ticket, you have to buy a ticket to get a towel.

Visited the swimming pool for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good. The place is big and clean, the staff are nice and helpful even when they're busy. The water's warm, not like other pools in Kharkov. I'd say it's a good spot to relax. The downside is that there aren't any designated areas for smokers. There were lots of kids around and I'm pregnant, so being around people who were smoking wasn't nice. Also, I think the fruit ice cream could be better if they used different fruits like bananas, kiwi, or peaches instead of just apples.

I've been going to Club Misto for a year, my parents for two years, and some of my friends for over five years. I really like it there. I live in two different cities so I didn't immediately buy a new membership when my old one ran out. Today, I called to ask about buying a new one and how to pay for it, since I know they have loyalty programs. The manager, Lara, was really rude and arrogant to me. It made me feel bad and ruined my day. I think the club should teach their managers, especially Lara, how to talk to customers. Club Misto isn't the only gym around, I can find another one if I need to. I don't understand why someone would be rude to a customer who's showing interest in buying something.

Cool spot. It has a pool, areas to play games, and a play area for kids. The food isn't that great though.

I liked the food this year, it was better and improved. But in the summer, the waiters were not very smart and the service was just okay. If they care about feedback, they might improve it.

The outdoor pool is fabulous!))

There are too many restrictions for a fun time. You can't move your sunbed, you can't jump off the board, and you can't use floaties. You have to chase down waiters to order food. It feels like the staff is more focused on enforcing rules than making guests comfortable.

On August 26, I took my 4-year-old daughter to the swimming pool. We paid, but no one told us the rules. We went to the kid's pool, but it was too cold. My daughter could only stay in for 15 minutes before she started shaking from the cold. We then went to the adult pool so she could jump in the water. She started jumping from the side, but we were told that was not allowed. If I had known this when we paid, I wouldn't have stayed.

Nice spot, kept clean and tidy, it's comfy and has a nice vibe. The only downside is the food, especially the fondue and pizza, could be better. I hope Misto improves in this area.

The main problem with my otherwise great vacation was the bill. It mysteriously jumped from 295 to 470 UAH because they added another table's order to my bill. It's not about the amount of money, but how the staff handled it. They didn't apologize or explain properly.

If you're looking for a relaxing time, don't come here. Also, keep an eye on what they put in your bill.

It's a nice spot in the middle of the city with a swimming pool. There's also a good pool for kids. It's surrounded by greenery. They serve tasty food. It's a good place for parties.

100% relaxation

This is a nice spot in the middle of the city where you can get away from all the noise and rush. Both kids and grown-ups have lots of stuff to do.

I visited the outdoor pool and was happy with it. The staff was nice and the pool was quite clean. But when I tried to get details about joining the indoor pool and its cost, neither the outdoor pool staff nor the person responding on social media could help me.

I spent a warm day in August at the Misto pool. It was really nice. The employees are great. The pools are clean, and there are three of them. You're not allowed to jump in the main pool, which makes it more comfortable for everyone, even though there were a lot of kids there. The place is big and really pretty, and it's well taken care of. It feels like you're at a vacation resort. When you come in, they give you a card for a towel, which are clean and new. The waiters only serve people sitting at tables, which is a bit of a bummer. But, they don't get mad if you bring your own drinks. There are four showers in different spots around the place. There's hot water in them. The main pool and the kid's pool have cool water, and the third pool is more like a hot tub. But, it's really nice once the sun goes down.

I went to the spa for a Cleopatra's Bath treatment and I really liked it. The massage was great. Thanks a lot!

Bad points:
1. They gave us a bad beer. We had to argue a lot before they changed it. They even tried to say the beer was fine. This alone could drop their rating to 2 or 3 stars, thankfully they fixed the issue.
2. The hostess seated us in the VIP area and we paid for it. But after about an hour, she asked us to move, saying she made a mistake and the area was actually reserved. This is confusing because when we arrived, she told us there was no reservation, and there was no reservation when we paid either. The VIP zone was correctly labeled on the website. It seems like she was trying to switch our seats with someone else and it was not a nice experience.

Good points:
1. The VIP area was nice, quiet, and comfortable.
2. They make good cocktails.

It's pretty nice. It has many playgrounds which kids love. There are also some small water slides. They have entertainers if you're celebrating something. You can rent gazebos for extra comfort. There's also a cafe and a bar. There's a big pool with a bar, music, and a cafe. They have changing rooms, showers, and toilets near each big area. They also have a small stream with ducks, which looks good.

I took off one star because of the loud music at the far kid's pool and because the towels they give are short. The towels aren't wrapped individually, just in case you care about that. The sun loungers are hard and not very comfortable, but it's what they have.

The volleyball court is really good, but it's a shame there aren't any lights.

The toilets were really bad and stinky, like the ones at the train station. The cocktails cost about 130grn, which is usual for Kharkov, but they didn't taste that good. There weren't many umbrellas by the lounge chairs.

On the plus side, the place was pretty and had its own area for kids. The food was yummy - we had pizza and a burger and enjoyed it. The pool water was nice and clear.

Today, my wife, two kids and I went to the summer pool area at "Misto". At the entrance, a friendly girl showed us where we could sit and relax on sun beds and in gazebos. We liked the VIP gazebo which cost 2000 UAH. It looked really comfy and was near the kids' pool and playground, so we decided to spoil ourselves. When I asked the girl if we could use the 2000 UAH to order food, she said "Yes". We spent the whole day there and had a great time. We ordered food for everyone, thinking that the 2000 UAH was also a food deposit.

The cost is definitely too high. You have to line up for the kitchen and wait around 40-50 minutes on average.

Overall, everything was fine. There were some small issues, but this is normal when the place is busy. I really liked the female manager. The waiter, Michael, was quick, right?

The service is quick. They have a lot of cocktails to choose from, but not much wine. The furniture doesn't match the upscale image they're trying to portray. However, the location is convenient, being near the city center. If the security staff could be a bit friendlier, it would be better.

Have you ever tried pizza with mayonnaise? It's gross! And the Caesar salad was too greasy, with chunks of fat and regular chicken eggs. Overall, eating here isn't great unless you're into that. The server was nice though. We had a rough day trying to find a free spot, and the front desk didn't tell us that there were different areas. We had to keep moving around after paying 3000 hryvnias for just a few hours. Around 5, some shelters and other places opened up, but the managers kept saying they were all taken and we couldn't go there. We didn't like the way these rude female managers treated us and we won't be coming back.

The quality of the food here has been declining each year. I don't think I'll bring my child here anymore. Last night, the entrance fee was 400 for adults and 250 for children under 10. But when we arrived, they asked for 750. Then, they raised the adult fee by 100 overnight!

We had a bad experience at this summer place with a pool. The staff were unfriendly and the service was terrible. They didn't tell us how much we had to pay (even though the prices had gone up), didn't show us where to get towels, or where the changing room/bathroom was. The whole thing ruined our day. The coffee wasn't good and it was too crowded, even though we came on a day that wasn't a weekend. They should really improve these things. But the place itself was clean and looked nice.

I've been going here for a long time, but I don't recommend it this year. The food isn't good at all and is too expensive. The gym and spa staff act superior and can be rude. They treat customers poorly. The security guards aren't all bad, but some of them aren't very professional.

This is a nice spot to hang out near the water. It's all tidy and comfortable. There's a kid's pool called "frog". There's also another pool for kids with a few slides which the kids really enjoyed!

The pool is okay, but there aren't enough sun umbrellas so you get sunburned easily. The music is too loud to relax, and there are too many people, especially kids who are splashing and yelling. The security doesn't do anything about it. They need to limit the number of people and put up rules like no splashing, yelling, or peeing in the pool. And anyone who doesn't follow the rules should be asked to leave. Right now, it's just chaotic. The bar service is poor and the coffee doesn't taste good.

I was reminded of how great the massage therapists are here. If you're having issues, you can see the osteopath, Sergey. You'll likely feel improvement after just one session! They have a big playroom for kids indoors and lots of swings outdoors. They might have the biggest kids' pool in Kharkov, complete with slides. The big grassy area is great for staying out of the sun!

You can't do much in the ball game, you can't eat, you can't hold anything for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and you can't jump. Orison is much better, it's 1000 times better than this.

Had to wait a long time for my food at the restaurant, but no issues with the pool, everything was fine.

It's great. The kids' water area is the best I've seen in Kharkiv. The service is top-notch and the food is tasty. The only downside is there aren't enough canopies. If it gets too hot, not everyone can handle the heat by the pool.
