You couldn't have a bath because there was no water. We're sorry and we're offering a different solution and some discounts.
The hostess was rude and complained that we were too loud. She didn't give back our deposit, claiming that her property is for quiet families with children (even though it has a daily sauna). It seems like these houses are only rented out for people to have a quiet time with their kids.
I wouldn't suggest working with this hostess, she doesn't care about her clients, she just wants to make money.
Also, the grill in the gazebo is smoky, the vent hood can't handle it.

You hired a house for a bachelor party without telling us. You were loud and noisy outside all night. The guy who rented the place is smart, but he didn't manage to keep his friends in check, they were out of control. The house is quite big, at 200 square meters, but you chose to be out on the street making noise until 7 in the morning. In such situations, we usually call a security agency and ask you to leave immediately. We generally don't rent out to bachelor parties. This is a residential area in the center of Kharkov. Please provide an accurate review next time. We have plenty of respectful guests who don't cause such problems. Oh, and by the way, we do have brooms, you just had to ask.

As for the owners' response, the smoke was definitely a problem. We had to leave the gazebo because of the barbecue smoke. We looked it up - the fine for setting off fireworks is around 500 UAH, but they made us pay a deposit of 2000... we would have been better off just paying the fine.

This company disturbed a lot of people by making loud noises and setting off fireworks at 11:30 pm. In Ukraine, it's against the law to make loud noises from 10 pm to 8 am. They did this not in a private area, but in a residential neighborhood on a Monday night. We've made a gazebo and there's no more smoke now. We are a family-oriented business, not a disruptive one.
