The rooms are big, the staff are nice, and the bedding is clean. They have a pool on the roof that you can use in the summer. It's good value for money. I would suggest it!

The parking area is secure. The people working here are nice and very helpful. The room is comfortable and big enough for sleeping. The bed is hard and I slept really well. The bathroom is neat and tidy. The only problem was that we couldn't change the water flow from the shower to the tap in our room.

The service was nice and the breakfast was good. But it was quite chilly. I appreciate them giving me an extra blanket. If I visit Kharkiv again, I'll choose to stay in this hotel once more.

It's a great hotel in town. It has everything you need. It's neat and comfortable. The people at the front desk are really friendly. The cost also covers a really good morning meal.

We went to the thermal complex and had a terrible experience. The service was awful. When booking, they told us one price but then tried to charge us more. The bath attendant also tried to make us pay extra and didn't give us our change. He even tried to charge us 50 UAH for cleaning just because we brought our own brooms. We've never had this happen before.

The place itself was also really bad. Everything was worn and dirty, and the floor was in awful condition. There was even mold in the shower. I don't understand why they're charging 475 UAH per hour.

They don't have a price list, so we had no idea we had to pay for cleaning. I wonder what else they would have charged us 50 UAH for.

We used to come here a lot when it was a nice place. Now, it's just really bad, especially the service.

I used the steam room at this place. It was neat and well looked after. Can you please put electric kettles in all the lounging rooms? Thanks, I will come back on December 12, 2021 to use the steam room again.

This is a great hotel. It's clean, comfy and easy to get to. You can eat a big, yummy breakfast in the morning and pick what you want. The people who work there are nice. It's the best spot for people on work trips.

The hotel is neat and up-to-date. Although it's not in the city center, we chose it knowing that taxi rides to the center would still be cheaper than getting a room downtown. They keep the rooms tidy and provide all the necessary toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. They also provide half a liter of water for each guest. Breakfast is buffet style. There aren't too many choices, but it's enough to fill you up until lunchtime. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms, maybe because we were so tired from spending all day outside. There are several grocery stores about a kilometer away, including ROST, ATB, and Silpo. Pharmacies are also nearby if you need one.

This is a great place to stay when you're in the city. It's near the airport and city center. The hotel is neat, fancy, and has big rooms. The food at the restaurant is really tasty.

The hotel was really great. The people who work there were nice. I liked the small stuff like having a hairdryer, iron, and free breakfast. These were all good.

Everything is great. This is my second visit. The room is cozy and big, the bed is comfy, and there's a lot of TV channels to choose from. There's more than two options for breakfast, the parking area is safe and monitored by cameras, the staff are nice and respectful, and they gave me a 10% off card for my future stays.

The hotel is okay. They serve good breakfast and the staff is nice. The prices are reasonable. But last time, the Wi-Fi in my room was not strong. The room was supposed to be for two people, but there was only enough stuff like a chair and tea for one person. The bathroom was fine and they provided good shampoo and shower gel. The shower head was not good at all. But if you don't have any better options, this hotel is okay.

It's okay for a one night stay. It's a bit loud due to the nearby road but overall, it's not too bad. Plus, there's safe parking available.

First, I have to talk about the workers: they were amazing, very helpful, nice, and welcoming. We stayed in a fancy room - it was really nice. We went there on holiday in July 2021.

Good hotel. It was pretty clean, the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The stuff in the rooms is old but it all works. There's a lot of space for parking. The people who work there are nice and kind.

It's okay. The rooms are just fine, but be careful because some of them have slanted ceilings and you might not fit in the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty basic. The cost is almost the same as a three-star place.

Good hotel. The location isn't really easy to get to unless you have your own car. If you don't, you'll have to spend a lot of time on public transport. The hotel staff are really helpful and nice. The breakfast was big and really yummy. We could choose from sausages, omelet, potatoes and bulgur. We picked sausages and omelet, which were delicious. There were also four types of salads, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, pastries like chocolate croissants, charlotte and chocolate cake, tea, coffee, orange and apple juice, and yogurt. The room was very clean. Each person got three towels and there were shower supplies like soap, gel, shampoo, and a shower cap.

The hotel is nice and easy to find. The room is clean and the bed's sheets are fresh. You also get breakfast. There are many types of drinks, bars and snacks in the mini bar. They provide one-time use slippers, bath products and even a swimming cap! Not a lot of food choices for breakfast, but there weren't many people staying in the hotel. Overall, it's a good choice for the price.

I have no complaints about the hotel management or the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I'm not happy with the restaurant. They served the same breakfast of omelet, scrambled eggs, potatoes, rice, and buckwheat for six days straight. On the last day, they didn't even serve omelet. They should consider serving oatmeal instead; it's cheaper and many people like it.

Staying for one day is okay, but I wouldn't suggest staying for a week. The cost of the room is reasonable though.

This is a great hotel with really good breakfasts. It's peaceful inside. It's a bit far from the downtown area, towards the start of "kachanovka". But the slightly longer distance is made up for by the cheaper price. They have a place to park your car. It's near the hospital. You'll be happy you chose this place.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was nice. It was also in a handy spot. The curtains were pretty and there were plugs and lights next to the bed. The bed was comfy and the hotel's design was cool. There was even a safe in the room, which was a nice surprise.

The downside was that the walls were thin and some guests didn't think to move their bed away from the wall to stop it from banging against it. The key fob was too big for my pocket, so I had to take it off to put the key in my pocket. It would have been great to have bathrobes, I really missed them. Also, I couldn't find a price list for the bar drinks, and the overall price list didn't include the drinks that were at the bar.

The hotel is tidy and pleasant with a bar, restaurant, sauna, and pool table. It even has a lift which is really handy. You can choose from a variety of rooms. Each room has heating, a TV, air conditioning, hot water, a hairdryer, soap, shampoos, shower gels, multiple towels, a kettle, cups, glasses, spoons, a mirror, and a safe. There's also a mini bar in the room full of stuff, but the only bad thing is that they sometimes forget to tell you that you have to pay extra for it and it's not part of the room price.

I went to the sauna with my friends. The sauna didn't work perfectly. There were no basic tools like a knife or a kettle. For a hotel, shouldn't they focus more on guest satisfaction? They should provide these things instead of making guests go to the kitchen.

The bartender at the lobby bar was impolite. He insisted we place our orders quickly. He responded to our questions with more questions. We didn't get a chance to interact with the receptionist.

This hotel isn't randomly one of the best in Kharkiv, but don't expect it to be like a 5-star hotel - they cost more! For the price, this hotel is great: the rooms are neat and comfortable, the staff are nice and helpful, there's secure parking and breakfast is included! All this makes it the best place to stay for business trips or for a night with family while travelling (it's also good for anything else!).

This is a nice hotel that charges fair prices. They serve a buffet for breakfast with lots of delicious options. They also offer lunch sets. My kid really enjoyed the borscht they served, which they brought to our room. The rooms are big and comfy, and they make you feel like you're at home. I would definitely suggest staying here for a weekend break.
