Karavella bathing complex is an ideal place for rest and recreation, able to accommodate a group of 10 people. There are two separate halls on the territory of the complex: one of them is equipped according to the standards of Finnish sauna, and the second is a traditional Turkish bath Hamam. I booked a sauna for 6pm on January 15th, 2022. I triple-checked the time and date of my booking. But when I got there, I was told the sauna was already taken and my reservation was for a different day. The person in charge was rude and said my booking could not have been for that time because it was already booked a week ago. They didn't even say sorry. We left a bad review in their complaint book and it ruined our day. I wouldn't suggest going to this sauna. The person in charge doesn't care about their job or their customers. I hope the people who own the sauna do something about it and hire better staff.

We reserved a sauna for a family holiday for 8 people on January 2nd. But when we arrived, they said the booking wasn't for us. Our family travelled from various places to be together, we don't have other free time, and now our plans are ruined.

I reserved the bath a week before and called again a day before to double-check the details. But the person in charge on December 25th was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to make sure the pool water in the bathhouse would be clean, but she ended up being very defensive about it. She said the water was clean now, but couldn't assure me it would be the same the next day. And that was just one of the many absurd things she said.

Bad hotel!!!
Don't risk it - pick a different hotel. I booked a room at 1 am and got to the hotel at 1:40 am (I was on a business trip, coming from Kiev). The hotel reception wasn't open, there was just a security guard who was very rude. Avoid places like this!!!

This is a nice hotel. One room costs 650 UAH. It's in a handy spot and the place is well-maintained. The people who work here are great, and they even have a pet cat.

The ceilings are damaged, there are no locks on the bathroom doors, the staff is not friendly, and the laundry is not clean.

Everything was good, we got breakfast for free, but the only bad thing was that the bathroom had a water leak which made the floor wet.

This is a good spot. We always go there for breakfast whenever we pass through Nikolaev each year. The place and the people working there are awesome!

Really good spot to chill out! The people working there are friendly, the food is yummy, and it's in a super spot. I say everyone should go there!

This is a great hotel. The service is top-notch. The staff is always nice. The rooms are clean and well-kept. The food is good and there's a lot of variety. There's also a comfortable outdoor area for the summer.
Our sports team has been coming here for years. We're always happy with our stay.

The food isn't great and it doesn't taste good. The way the food looks isn't nice. The sauna is nice and the event room is really good.

I wouldn't suggest this place. They claim to be dog-friendly but it's not true! It's a really bad experience.

The hotel was nice, but the person working at the reception desk was rude and didn't know how to properly communicate with guests. Also, I suggest you read the signs for drivers carefully.
