I visit this place to swim in the pool. When I returned after a year, I was pleasantly surprised. The steam room they have built here is as good as the ones I've seen in Bukovel and the Alps. There's a huge difference in temperature in the steam room. I didn't expect such improvements due to the war. The team here is doing a great job. I'm definitely coming back.

19 October 2023 pm31 14:07 I am really happy. The guys did a great job fixing up the steam room - it's just like a traditional Russian bathhouse. I'm also glad that everything is neat and clean. Overall, I think it's likely the best in Kotovsky village!

11 September 2023 am30 10:05 The sauna, made of wood, is one of the nicest I've visited in Ukraine. The swimming pool is quite large and you can even dive into it.

5 September 2023 pm30 15:57 Me and my buddies really enjoy this place, especially the pool room. The sauna might not be brand new, but it's tidy. They've got a bluetooth speaker, wi-fi, tea, and more. The person in charge is really good. They show you around, explain things, and answer all your questions. The only downside is that the room isn't very well lit. I get that the sauna room is mostly for relaxing, but not everyone visits just for that.

16 January 2022 am31 10:08 My friends suggested this place. I went to check it out and it's one of the best in town. The only problem was that it was booked on the day I wanted. I will surely go back. I think it will become one of my favorites along with my beloved sauna Veles. I'd recommend it to others.

24 September 2021 pm30 13:00 We went on vacation with two families and kids in a place with a jacuzzi. Everyone enjoyed it because it was very neat and comfortable. The children loved the jacuzzi so much they didn't want to leave. We plan on coming back again, but next time we want to relax in the pool.

18 April 2021 pm30 20:32 This place is decent for the price. The sauna gets really hot after about two hours. The seating area is nice, with good quality furniture that isn't scratched or worn out. It was big enough for my family of three. The food took a while to come out though. We even had to wait for 40 minutes just to get water, despite calling multiple times. The shrimp was tasty. Overall, it's not bad.

7 April 2021 pm30 23:34 I've visited this place many times but always forget to say thanks to the managers and staff. They're always welcoming, answer tons of questions, and keep the place neat. If we leave something behind, they call to remind us. There's even a cupboard full of left-behind items. This place makes us feel relaxed. They also help me play music on the speaker without asking too many questions. Big thanks to them.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. The pool water was clean, and the steam room was also very good. It's not expensive - I think everyone should go there!
