Sauna "at the Obolon" №29

We stopped going here because they hired a rude manager. He tells customers when they should come and how long they should stay, all based on what's convenient for him. Even when customers want a time that suits them, he's shocked. And this happens even when the sauna is free and he's just sitting around. He's just a rude guy who schedules things to suit himself.

Good service? Comfortable setting? Awesome sauna?

I liked everything except one thing - there was no hot water for the second time. But, the steam room was really good overall.

Nice, clean sauna!

It's a good spot to chill and take it easy. The place has two floors. On the ground floor, there's a steam room that uses electricity, showers, and a small pool. Upstairs, there are two lounges and a bathroom.

Good points:
- There's plenty of room for six people.
- The steam room is well-organized and good for the person running the bath.
- The pool is cleaned with gentle chemicals that don't make your skin dry.
- You can use bath brooms.
- The first lounge has a leather corner sofa, a table, a TV, and a kettle. The second lounge has a bed and a TV.
- The person in charge was okay with us moving our deposit to a different date because something came up unexpectedly.

Not-so-good points:
- The ground floor is in the basement.
- The electric heater makes the air feel dry.

This is a great place. The relaxation room is really nice. Thanks to the employees.

Really good! Everything is tidy, there's no bleach smell and the bathhouse worker is awesome.

The service was really bad. They took an upfront payment and then changed the price on the spot to more than double the original amount. They didn't even have any hats. It was awful.
