We visited this large complex and spent 2 hours there. Everyone enjoyed it. The staff at the bath were great! Even our 10-year-old son had a good time. After the bath, we had a tasty meal. The complex has rooms where you can chill after the bath. Good job!

I went to the Chan service for some treatments. Everything was top-notch, really clean, and the staff were nice and respectful. I'll definitely return for a bath.

I wouldn't suggest this place. Just one phone call with the manager made me realize it's not a relaxing spot. It's just a chaotic place near Kiev, and they don't even have regular staff!

It's surprising that you're complaining about someone not being a good fit for you. People don't even stick around for one night, they leave. The issue here isn't about anyone's professional skills, it's about a woman who behaves oddly on the phone. The owner has a dishonest look on his face. Trust me, I'm not the only one who thinks this. You can keep making excuses, but the impact of what you and I are saying is very different. I'm telling more of the truth and anyone can clearly see this, even if they're not very smart. Good luck.

I wouldn't suggest using this service because their prices are increasing even as you're typing. The website listed the price as 4900 UAH, but they told me it was 6500 UAH when I messaged them.

We really enjoyed it. The inside look is not special but it's very clean and the food is delicious. They serve with care, making you feel like you're in a fancy countryside house where you don't have to do anything. They also have a spa. It's great and we want to visit again.

I enjoyed everything. I loved the bath and the rooms. They're cozy and pretty, all built from wood. You can see pine trees from the skylight. A visitor from another country said: the sea bass here is really tasty.

I was searching for a spot to enjoy my birthday with my friends! We wanted everything to be perfect, fresh and new! We stumbled upon this complex by chance, despite living nearby and passing it every day, it never showed up on google ?‍♀️ but my observant husband spotted a small sign and suggested we check it out.... since I had already explored the entire right-bank area of Kiev :) and nothing was appealing to me!

So, what made me fall in love with this bath complex?

My first visit to the spa was great, and I was really happy with my time in the tub. I want to go back and try out their bath treatments too. It's a fantastic place! They did something special for Valentine's Day, with candles, rose petals, and nice wine. I didn't expect it, but it was really nice. This is one of those rare places where the service is even better than you think it'll be, and it made me feel really good. Thanks!

Hello. The Capital Bath Club is really good at what they do. It's a great place to relax, it's clean, and the staff is excellent. However, I had a big problem recently. The manager ruined my special day. I had booked the bathhouse two weeks ago. Despite the size of the booking, they didn't ask me to pay upfront, which is unusual. Then, today I found out that my booking was messed up. I was told I could either have a smaller space at 4PM or if I wanted the bigger space, I'd have to rearrange my entire day and come at 11AM. The manager didn't apologize for this mix up and blamed it on someone else named Maxim. But, the manager was the one who took my booking. I'm really upset about this and I hope the higher-ups notice.
