3 January 2022 pm31 20:49 We've visited this place twice and we're changing our rating to 5+. This is because of the service that wasn't great from 20:00 on 1.01 till 02:00 on 2.01. We work with customer service, so we know what a review means. But we have to mention that the staff were rude. Their cleanliness wasn't good either. We had to collect tin cans and disposable glasses in bags. We also had to fold sheets.
One of us asked the staff how often they change the pool water. This wasn't a complaint, just a question. We also asked why we couldn't jump into the pool with remnants of leaves. This is allowed at other bathhouses. There seems to be different rules here which is confusing.

The food was top-notch, everything we ordered was delicious and the servings were big. The service staff, especially a guy named Aidan, was really good and knew what they were doing. The service was better than we expected and all our guests loved it. We're definitely going to have our next events here!

However, the restaurant provides good value for money when it comes to food.
But having a grumpy musician among the guests is quite something! I am a mother on maternity leave who spent 3 hours at the restaurant to enjoy my parents' celebration, not to deal with moody people.

It's a shame there are only two heaters - it's not enough and it gets cold. I suggest this place, but I think the people in charge should get more heaters. It would make it more comfortable.

The interior is lovely. We had a birthday party here and the service was excellent. The waiters kept our glasses filled and cleared away dirty dishes quickly without being intrusive.
The skewered meat and cheese-filled bread were excellent.
The only thing I personally think is missing is a type of dumpling, but that's just my opinion.

One server was struggling to manage two tables because there was another party happening close by. I didn't get why we had to pay a 10% service fee. It was agreed that the server would refill our drinks, pour them, and replace our glasses, but that didn't happen. We had to do it all by ourselves at the table, while the server was busy elsewhere.

The service was slow. We had to play our own music due to some issues. The food was good. But, the issues we faced kind of ruined the overall experience.

The salads are good, the kebab is moist and the grilled veggies are amazing. The air conditioning doesn't work well and it's really hot. The hookah is average and the person handling it doesn't come around often and only changed the coal once.

The only thing I don't like is they bring the starter and main course together. By the time you finish your starter, the main course is cold. The server said it's proper manners, but I don't agree. Who wants to eat cold food? They should serve the main course after the starter. I hope the management will consider this.
