Don't trust the positive reviews! This place is terrible! It's dirty and smells bad. The duvet cover is 30 cm smaller than the duvet. All the bed sheets seem like they've been taken from a hospital after being discarded. Also, my room didn't have any windows! On top of all that, locals told me after I complained that this place used to be a brothel!

You expected a 5-star experience and all-inclusive services for 800 UAH. You also behaved poorly by smoking and making a mess in the room, thinking that since you've paid, you can do whatever you want.

This place is great value for money, perfect if you can't bring a girl to your own place. I stayed there for a month and tried all the rooms. I'd recommend asking for a room on the second floor. The management is good and understanding.

I strongly advise against staying here. The room looks average, but the bed is so worn out it's frightening. The duvet cover doesn't fit the blanket, and they didn't respond when I pointed this out. They didn't clean the room for three days. When I moved the table and the bed, I found a pile of dust and dirt. Breakfast isn't included in the daily rate of 900 UAH, and I didn't see any food available in general. It's really cold at night.

The staff are really nice and you can have breakfast in your room. You can pay with a card or cash. They give you towels, two one-use shampoos, and flip flops (but I wouldn't suggest wearing them without socks). There's a TV and you can't smoke in the rooms. But my room smelled like smoke, like it came through the bathroom vent. There's no dishes or kettle, but you can ask for hot water at the front desk. The place looks and feels old. I think it's good for people traveling for work to save money or for a one-time stay. It's in a hard-to-find place where it's even hard to find coffee in the morning.

The cafe is pretty good. We had a work party there. They also serve full meals. Everything is decent.

4 March 2021 pm31 12:36 The hotel is warm and has hot water. It's not too expensive. The room is clean, but it smells like smoke and the water doesn't drain well. The blanket in the room is old and damp. The room's window faces the back of the building. I'll include a photo of the view. If you pay for the room with a card, there's a 2% fee. The hotel is loud at night because of drunk people from the sauna, so it's hard to sleep well. When I was checking into my room, a drunk man walked in with some beer and asked the front desk where the girls he ordered were.

Забронировали сауну с джакузи,приехали в назначенное время ,и тут администратор заявляег,что джакузи занято,есть только с бассейном и цена выше заявлений!невнимательный персонал!не рекомендую!
